$3k is a nice price pool but I doubt members will take this seriously. What should make forum members not to think that the entire stuff is gonna be like cryptomus's campaign or some other scam scheme? If you are really representing SportScore, with a legit contest of this nature, why not get a reputable member to organise it Also with probably an escrow.
I'm a designer and it won't me funny wasting time on a logo that would be likely stolen or won't get it's worth.

Anyways good luck  :D and if it turns out to be real I'll definitely participate.

I'm more than willing to participate in that logo competition but like Mia Chloe I also want you to give this competition in hands of someone who we can trust. I suggest you to either have the funds escrowed to a reputable member of the forum or hire a campaign manager to organize it. I suggest you to contact Icopress (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1137579), he's good at organizing such events and is one of the most trusted campaign managers of this forum.

Found this post, helps you to have more options, i think they are still available with their Escrow service. But, make sure to ask them again via PM in case they are no longer available because it is an old post.

I will also participate in this contest once the prize is escrowed. Hopefully, you can extend the deadline by one week so more participants can join this contest (not being selfish this time. lol).

Also, maybe you can change the prize by dividing it into several smaller prizes or adding some consolation prizes. 

I recommend @Hhampuz. He has managed the Roobet art contest for more than 4 years without any issues.

Welcome to the forum SportScore and nice of you to organize such a competition. Im sure youll get some interesting logo suggestions that will help you improve your business. If possible, make a few suggestions about the kind of logo you are looking for. Do you prefer something abstract or more representational? Are there any specific colors or symbols you would like to incorporate? The more specific you can be, the better chance the designers will have of creating something that truly captures your brand's identity.

Also, I think Monday might be a bit too soon for a deadline. A lot of talented designers might miss out if they are busy with other projects. Maybe extending it a bit could give more people a chance to participate?

Oh, and one more thing. To make the contest even more legit, you should consider using a trusted escrow or hiring someone to manage the competition. That way, everyone knows the prize is safe and it might attract even better designers.

This time frame is short. You might want to make it longer than at least a week if you want to get some quality work.

Is the 3K for only one winner?
How about 2nd place, 3rd place? I think this would motivate more members from joining, knowing that if they "aim for the moon and miss it, they may still hit the star".

Soon as you get the funds escrowed and the escrow confirms it, you will start seeing submissions fairly quick. IMO you might want to extend submissions for a week to give people some time to give you their best( I'm not a designer, just my opinion).

Hey @Sportscore don't you think you give this contest to a manager to handle it? I believe Hhampuz or Icopress can play a better role here to handle this contest and they knows the proper ways to manage funds as well. What your team could do is to sit back and watch the designs whomever design you pick after they host goes home with the amount provided for competition or probably there could also be a voting amongst the community for the best design.

Getting an escrow involved is a great idea, and I'm glad that you considering it. It would definitely add more legitimacy to the contest.

Could you explain the selection process for the winner. How will you ensure a fair judging process?

And if SportScore has a website or social media presence, you can mention it to establish credibility.

Prizes are pretty cool, I'd love for this to be a blind competition. 8)

I'm also going to participate in this contest. I believe there isn't any limit on number of entries and I guess there shouldn't be one either. If someone can make 10 designs or more than that then it should be allowed because it's on a user's knowledge that how many concepts he/she can create.

Good point SamReomo, and yes iirc in a general design contest, people are free to submit entries as many as possible and it might increase the chance to win. But when it comes to logo design, more efforts and thoughts are expectedly needed, since we have to put a deep concept and meaning for the logo as a identity of the project. Having too many entries could make the value of each design be less since we are too focus on quantity, not quality. However, it's very possible to put deep value on 10 or more designs, even though it might be exhausting and taking so much time. Good luck SamReomo!

You picked the right escrow. After a while of not participating in this kind of competition, I might decide try to submit my craft because the prize is too attractive. However, I'm fine with no winner so everybody will be happy. But how would it benefit the company if you just divide the prize among all the participants? I'm just curious, and at the same time, I'm feeling you guys are too generous.

I agree, but if someone is dedicated to give proper time to new concepts than that's somewhat possible even in a logo design contest. Since the contest is now limited to 3 designs per member, we should try to come with very unique concepts. I hope that you'll do great Jayce in this contest as always! Everyone who participates? You shouldn't have announced that beforehand, now you are going to get more entries than you normally would, and many of them wouldn't even be original concepts or even created from scratch.

It would have been better if you had only said that, in case, you pick no logo to use, you will only compensate the top 3 participants even if you don't use their logos. This way, those who aren't real graphics designers and have no sense or knowledge of creating logos would stay away from the competition and it would have been easier for you.

Or, you could have some rule or something that could be used to verify that each submission has been created from scratch, maybe like the .ai file or any other if someone is not using Adobe Illustrator but a different software.

The symbol is from the initials of your company name ''sportscore'', and it has been put in circle because the shape is synonymous with many sports like round football, round tennis ball, round baseball, round basketball, etc.

The choice of colors for the logo is blue and yellow.
Blue because it represents Trust, which means your brand can be trusted.
Yellow because it represents creativity, and this is a brand that is determined to stay creative to be at the top of the gambling market.

The prizes look very appealing on this contest and, as far as I see, the contest attracted already many participants. However, I believe it would be nicer if all the participants would have posted here their creations, thus other users could also thake a look at their work. I was looking for some good crypto alternative for Flashscore and SportScore could de the one that adds odds from all crypto casinos.

I had several ideas for new SportScore logo and I wanted to create something simple but unique.

It took a few days of nonstop brainstorming to bring these concepts, I hope the Bitcointalk members and SportScore team will like the work. These are vector designs which mean the designs are perfectly scalable to fit into any media including print media. Because these are vector designs, we can customize the concepts however we want, we can change color plat, color combination, adjust size and any kind of tweaks we want to give a highly personalized look.

Concept - 1: The soccer ball
We can use the soccer ball to replace "o" on "sport" too instead of it's on "score"

Concept - 2: The S bubble.
We can have some variations from this concept. (a) The "S bubble" can completely replace the "s" from "sport". (b) Instead of the "s" from "sport", the "S bubble" can replace the "s" from "score". If you like this design concept then we can close the concept with any version you want.

Wow.. It's just sad I'm just seeing this contest this early morning, and as such I thought I should give it a try, even though it's already 7hrs above the deadline.


However, this is what I was able to come up with after 2hrs of Research and Canva design

To get the best out of any design, it takes time to think, imagine, and compare, especially when it's about competition. I must applaud you for your fast design. 2 hours is too small for me to come up with an idea and organise it together, but at least that's how I go about my graphics thinking. It's so fishy to see you registered right after the contest announced, and then you cheated on the contest. Luckily I dont know your main account as I believe this is an alt, and I dont have other proofs for your 1st and 3rd submissions but I can assume you might did the same.

I actually expected all participants to upload their submissions openly after deadline so I can see if the submissions are original or not. So it relieved me to know that the winner submissions are uploaded here. Fyi I also checked voluntarily all of art contest submissions to see if you might do plagiarism or using AI, and report it to the organizer. So, be careful and dont ever to try messing up any design contest.

You might think that Im salty because I lost, but trust me, xLays deserves it and when I saw his submissions, I felt a bit of nervous for the first time ever in a contest. Again congrats mate, and good job to all of you who participated.
