Title: Help!
Post by: CrazyTown on July 17, 2024, 05:42:11 PM
For the last two days, I've tried to log in to my Freebitco.in account and can't. I put in my user name and password - nothing happens. I click 'forgot password' - nothing happens. I can't get logged on and I can't get a new password sent to me. I'm still getting emails from Freebitco.in, so I think I'm still in the system (I hope!) but... but... but... What do?

"nothing happens" as in the page is not responsive? no error messages, the buttons are leading nowhere? If so, then I just tried and its working fine. It must be something from your end. I would try and access it from another browser or device as this doesn't seem like its something related to your account.

I think the team is aware of this issue, as I saw the content quoted below on their thread early today. I will advise you to follow the instructions there, and maybe your issue will be resolved.

Hi,

It has come to my attention that some users have experienced login issues when attempting to access their account.
Can all who have been affected by this please send their User ID and email address to me via DM.
I will then review each individually and get back to you asap.

Best Regards,

Customer Support Team

This isn't a Bitcoin technical issue, this is a problem with a website that has been ignoring their users for months. See this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5498013.0).

As the message states, send a personal message (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=3638285) to this user )CSFBC (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3638285)) with all the required details

CSFBC happens to a profile of their latest forum representative who promised to help all the users who issue with the platform in question as per the post he made about a month ago.
