Of course this is something that could be solved in few minutes, but they are operating a business. This action has a cost, even many hiding cost.
If they perform for free they achieve a net loss. Also there is the risk that many players will make the same request....

I had a similar issue with some exchange that has some CLAMS on my address. But they are just not providing private keys... nor they are providing such coins :(

For whay I know, it's hard get back this trivial amount. Moreover their ToS doesn't expect events related private keys :(
Let's see if other user have a different experience to share ::)

I can still recall a similar case with BCgame, a user used once and deposited binance BTC [an altcoin] which was also not supported but when he came to the forum and complained about it they were able to fix it and the balance reflected on his account, I believe the same thing could be done here - that amount that was charged seemed a bit too high, if it was around $20 to $50 it would have been more considerate compared to a whole $200.

Op, I’ll suggest you take your issue to the Ann thread and talk to the representative here and see if there’s any way they can help you out even if it’s for them to reduce the fee just so that the money will reflect on your account and you’d be able to continue your activity in the site.

I don’t ask for nothing, just wanna hear some opinions and to let everyone know how they scamming calling it ‘lost’ when in reality is in you’re own wallet but they keep u’re wallet key!
I don't see a scam here, you're the one who made a mistake and Rollbit requires a fee in order to recover the funds you mistakenly sent(I'm pretty sure they have this written on their ToS). the fee is high so people would realise that it is costly to make a mistake and in return they'd be more careful when making transactions.

Evidence (this mistake nowadays is very common, so I don’t doubt actually they stealed some serious amount letting the users think they’re lost, is just normal for a user who had no ideea how it work):
mistakes like this should not be common, people(including you) need to properly check the details when making transactions.

I vaguely remember a thread that has the same issue but I can't remember whether it was resolved or not.

Sorry for your loss OP, but calling them a scam for your own mistake is just.. not fair.

It's true that they own the keys for that address and they, technically, can recover your coins. But they definitely have some strict security measures when it comes to dealing with wallets and private keys.
Recovering coins sent on the wrong whain involve some security risks. This is why most services wouldn't do it for free or for small amounts.

The only thing I can blame Rollbit for is not mentioning on their ToS or on the deposit page that they do charge a $200 fee to help recover coins sent on the wrong chain.
