GekkoScience will soon release the 'Mein Coffee' miner. a 700 gh/s temperature-controlled, fanless coffee cup warmer with usb-c connection. you connect the pad to a usb-c power supply, register it in your wifi and set the desired temperature with the two buttons. The four bm1362 asics, which are fully temperature-controlled, are clocked precisely so that the set target temperature is reached. the display shows the hash rate, set temperature, block time, pool data and much more.
the start of sales is scheduled for mid/end september

Sweet! Any info on the set temp range and does it come with the cup?

one bm1362 is around 15 watts at a medium clock rate. the tests showed that you need at least four chips to reliably get the heating plate up to 50-65 degrees.
i hope that the cup will also be delivered together with the coffee miner - i have no information on this so far. its confirmed now: miner comes together with the cup :)

Saw this in person in Nashville last week and have to say that is just plain amazing! Solid metal and wood finish gives it a premium look. This is something many of us could use around the house.

I ordered the mein coffee for my mother actually - since I walked away from my job as an automotive tech to pursue mining, she’s been super enthusiastic about it even though no matter how many times I’ve explained it, she really only half gets it.
