It's a idelogy the ideology is what keeps people together. You can always hire and change skilled people but the core center is the ideology stronger the ideology stronger the power. Also the wealth goes money comes and goes wealth value can fall and go up but ideology what's holding people together to working towards goals. But ideology comes from the reason why should belive something and common interests and same background of people in the group to understood each other needs so they can better work towards the same goal. ideology can't be selfish action it's feeling of Community or organisatsion. Because United action can be better way to compress energy and efforts together to direct this energy desired Direction. Therefor people who working towards collective big goals and aims can not be selfish because in order to work towards goals everybody need to forget about their own selfish ego atleast until the group not reached there where they want to go. The form of society or group of people it's always socialism or communism until the goal is reached but until the goal not reached each member of group need to underine selfish needs and use the all resources for common needs in order to reach the goal faster. What's the common goal of this. ? It's to be better than others and better than other groups (countries) examples of this: european Union and brics Nation are 2 biggest unions who work towards to be better than others off course every indvidual want to be better then other indviduals but in order to reach faster that point it's like using the leverage so they join with group wich have strong ideology. That's why in common problem situation people unite together even the enemies to solve that problem. But how the world is run by USA so long and so strong ways? The answere is simple becouse of good people who just gathered together to be good and loyal with each others like true brotherhood. The Simple problem why the other Nations cant be powerful like USA is that they work towards the one goal and each member of group have too strong selfish mindset so that will make collapse of brics Nations once they get successful and will reach the desired economic goals and same faith will wait for european union aswell becouse neither brics and neither eu Union group is not together just be good with each other but merely economic and profit motivation so the USA motivation to keep the group together is much stronger then just the profit and economic goals. USA top leaders are in the true brotherhood where there is loyalty and motivated by good actions towards each others. Seems like just another way to get folks thinking the same without asking questions and sure, theres power in believing the same thing as others, but real change comes from talented people doing their own thing, not just going along with the crowd. Maybe you can throw up buildings and stuff fast when everyone agrees but they wont hold up when the real world comes knocking.

Common sense is developed through community and common purpose that members can subserve their interests in a pursuit to achieve common goals. And this is the key to success that matters and lasts. For example, you say that 'clarity of mind' and 'internal fierce loyalty' are America's sources of power as against the BRICS and the European Union that have issues with internal tussles and 'selfish' motives. Therefore 'unity' in thought and objective results in better success when compared to just financial rewards. |
