I think a full member should know what belongs in the speculation section.

Nobody knows.. I see all sorts of opinions on twitter.  A lot of people think it will go lower before it rebounds but no way to really tell.

And how to move posts to proper section.

Says who? "May" doesn't sound like you have confidence either. Many like you were hopeful all the way from $1,200 down to $400. Certainly, you guys don't lack irrational hopefulness! When China news gets confirmed on Monday, you will see it dropping below $400!

I wanted to buy more coins right now on coinbase but they have reached their buy limit for today...
That is a very strong sign that the price is just about to rise

As a long time Kitco forum member I have to chuckle when the bitcoin threads start to look like bullion threads.

You be sure of one thing, when a thread states a rally is upon us, the bottom falls out. When someone says it will never recover or take 5-10 years, one month later we are on top.

Bottom line is the variables are plenty and the guesses worthless.

You lay down your money and pray, using graphs and discussing possible impacting factors will do nothing but fool one's self into believing what they want.

In saying that its going down LOL

BTC may never be this EXPENSIVE again either. Just because it's been higher doesn't mean it's necessarily going to go back there. I sure hope it does since I bought a lot at 740 first getting my feet wet a few weeks ago and now it's 450. *sigh*

It may go as low as 420 over the next week or two but no lower - now is the time to buy.

The price will fall at least another 150$ till we see the floor.

Indeed no one can say what is going to happen and what is going on with the price.

If they do get cheaper, it won't be by much and the sale will be brief. A $30-$50 price difference won't matter if you are thinking long term.

Isn't it funny how human psychology works? It's so difficult (even for me) to buy at this price because of the bearish sentiment. If the price bounces upwards in the next weeks/months you'll be glad you did. If it doesn't, you'll be ok because you invested no more than you can afford to lose.

Bought more today at 458. 

I bought yesterday @ 440 and today buy again @ 460

So i got a free hint for you. Bitcoin will only go down from here.
This won´t recover over 500$ anytime. If you have coins left you should cut your losses and sell or recover some of you loss
and short NOW as long as we are still over 450$

It touched $500 already today. At first I thought we might break $400 but it's looking more unlikely now. We may stay at these price levels for another 2 weeks but then it's more likely to move upwards.

I think it's going to stay around $400-$500 during this month. But if we see more bad news it could drop again.

More bad news are just another day in a paradise. Isn't :)

There are so many good news that people should consider to be more optimistic about Bitcoin.

I think, good/bad news only for speculators. for people who believe in Bitcoin, no matter good or bad news, they just buy and hold, use, etc.

Perhaps you are right but for the bright future of bitcoin good news are needed :-) and I love to read them instead of reading bad news.

There are actually some good news for you and Bitcoin: It might stay above 100$ for another 2 months.

I posted exact the same things 2-3 months ago when the price was @ 840$, people called me a troll all the way down when they better should have listened.  It would be stupid to believe that i have any influence to the market at all. I´m just a nice guy tryin to save poeple from losin money, that´s all. :)

I just logged in and was given a buy quote of $483.

It never makes sense for coinbase to "reach a limit for the day" or "run out of coins". All they have to do is raise or lower their buy/sell prices to match the demand they are seeing. This can be different from the exchanges.

Anyone who claims they KNOW what price will do for ANY financial instrument is either stupid or lying. PERIOD.
