Title: Antminer U1 hashrate issues on Raspberry Pi with bfgminer Post by: leopheard on March 30, 2014, 08:16:59 PM Hi all,
I have spent a while trying to Google the cause of my issue, but I can find reference to it, but not actual explanation and was after some help please! I'm currently running 2 x USB Antminers (1.6 - 2.1GHZ) on my Raspberry Pi using BFGMiner with a mini fan and heat sinks all over both. (I am aware of Minepeon, but I'm sticking with Raspbian for now til I get another RPi). My issue is that I'm only getting around 0.8 - 1.0 GHZ on both. I have tried the following command line option: Code: sudo bfgminer-3.9.0/./bfgminer -S all --set-device antminer:clock=x0981 I have tried replacing all with the USB address (e.g. 1:11) after looking at lsusb but still no luck. My questions are: 1) How do I successfully overclock the antminers? 2) How can I do this with a 333MHZ block eruptor plugged in also so this is not overclocked by the same command? I cannot see any reference in bfgminer to calling the devices 'antminer'? I should also point out that bfgminer also fails to detect the devices on startup and I have to add them via ALL in the mining menu. I've looked for a detailed explanation for the command line arguments for bfgminer, but I just can't find one anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Not sure if the new Minepeon build has BFGminer 3.10 included, but if your running Raspbian, just update your BFGminer to 3.10... Also make sure you're not putting too much USBminers per hub.
