I was admin, DevOps and developer (PHP, C/C++, C#/.NET). I should be able to make some service for such people. All remote. For now I have 9900K, 16 GB of 4000 MHz RAM and much disk space to do some things (but not run random .exe from the internet). At same time, changing your topic title to something more specific will also help. As the topic title looks right now it mostly induces the idea that this thread it's about people needing help -- not saying what kind of help... not saying that you, the OP are trying to offer some services. Maybe these ideas I expressed here will help you find a better phrasing...? It seems you have a good skill in Developing in this case do you have any experience in developing a site? If you have any experience then you should post that as a portfolio as a reference.
