so first im a Woman from the Philippines

so i will make it fast with all the pictures i saved
i create account few weeks ago.

i say it now and will repeat it a lot but i use only 2 IP. the one from my desktop and the one from my work office desktop
and of course its my one and only account as im used to play in PH regulated bookmakers but crazywin.ph remove the sports bookmakers so i find with bk8 that they have the provider i needed

so i deposit once 10k pesos - i will speak in pesos always -
i did some bets and try to withdraw 10k it was approved
of course i did some part of the KYC
so i received my money its perfect i see they have good reputation
i deposit 15k few days ago.
then do some bets maybe 5-6 bets with average betting 6000 pesos like 104 dollars usd so not big amount
so 2 days ago i reach 30k.
i ask for 5k withdraw because i dont want to have too much money in a bookmaker i prefer deposit and withdraw most of the time
after 10 min its still pending and funny its like 1xbet like u get disconnected and cant connect anymore to the main page but as im still connected to the bookmakers and can make bets because its in another page so for me not a big deal i can still bets... so i continue to bet and lose 10k something like that

so this is the picture who show i cant connect anymore
when i talk to the customer service ... they ask me to contact them via telegram and then they tell me they will investigate
i know already something will go wrong so i started to do all my screenshots


so 24hours later it start to be funny.
i get this message
and they propose to give back my deposit 5k.
but my deposit was 15k lol. i do two deposit of 5k before that i withdraw already

so i tell them that i want all my deposit aka 15k or i will put a word on bitcointalk and askgamblers and all the filipino forums and fb.
few minutes later they reopen my account so i can withdraw the money i have and it was 14k++ and i receive it


so u can see all the last bets i did
they cant say i do arbitrage or i have multiples accounts its fake
all my bets are clean, no fixed bets, no odds dropping, some livebets
so yeah when u win a bit they will literraly close ur account and lie
like my deposit was 5k. think im stupid to not defend my case
so if u so honest BK8 put the real reason why u close my account
because all the rules i follow them, and i never had any issue with any bookmakers except YOU

and please how i withdraw the first time so everything is ok i did not cheat and when i deposit bigger amount and win more after 4-5 bets u considere i cheat
then if i cheat why not close my account when u saw it ? u just dont want give the money to the winner lets be honest

Quoting the picture to make everything visible without clicking the link. As a fellow Filipino, I understand the situation you are experiencing since they confiscate your deposit with vague reason since they can’t provide the exact reason for the violation.

I think they count your previous withdrawal profit and deduct it to your latest withdrawal. I never play on this casino but they do have campaign and active representative here in the forum. I’m you will get further explanation and probably recover your money assuming that you really didn’t violate their terms.

So, you already receive the 15k deposits and they reopen your account? But you have still balance (winnings) 15k there right? And your account was closed back?

As for the giving more explanations, i guess casinos have the same behaviour of not telling more, they only tell you, that "you violate our rules, we close your account and don't come back" lol. It's unfair and unjust.

As for the reason, I only guess is because of your transaction of 10k deposits and 10k withdrawals as it looks like you're making the casino as a mixer to launder your money, that's just assumptions though. But if they allowed you to refund your deposits, then it doesn't make sense regarding the assumptions of "mixer" money laundering since most casinos are strict related to AML.

i deposit 10 k and withdraw 10k after i wager it of course so its not about launder money as on bk8 u cant withdraw without wager x1 the amount u deposit.

they want me to withdraw only 5k from my last deposit 15k. finaly i get my 15k after blackmail them to make post on bitcointalk and askgamblers ...
and yes the re-open the account just for me to withdraw and close it right away
but im not happy with that behavior
i not break any rules
i know ppl who bets a lot on bk8 and never get issues so why my small amount should have issue
only 2 ip, kyc done and i can do any kyc they want, no arbitrage, no fixed games, no shitty bets ...
they have no reason to say i violates any rules
the behavior they had are wrong 200% and i will fight against this

This forum is good for you to create awareness about any scams that is happening but AG and other platforms increases your chance to justify a case. Good luck.

Umm... do you mind to perhaps wait a little, maybe a couple of days, while I try to get this sorted out? See if I can get in touch with them and hear their side and perhaps we can find a mutual agreement and/or dispute resolution without having to escalate it? You're, of course, more than free to raise to AG if you want to, but if you don't mind, I prefer if we've exhaust the attempt of resolution through the forum prior to going to an arbitrator.

To clarify everything here, You already get your full refund so this means case resolved right? You should change the title and marked it as resolved since you already get your money back fully even with some hassle.

Just move on and choose different casino such as Metawin if you want a hassle free betting experience. You have the forum to backed you encounter any problem assuming you are 100% playing genuinely.

I checked the domain you accessed, and it seems quite different from the mirror links of BK8. I also noticed that you have tabs open for different gambling sites like Winzir. Why not just stick to Winzir? I hope the link you used isn’t a phishing link. The mirror links for BK8 are confusing, which is why I don't play there. But it doesn't seem you access phishing link since you were able to withdraw.

I consider this kind of situation a delaying withdrawal strategy to tempt the user into gambling their funds instead of withdrawing them. I experience this many times.

This is what I hate on Bk8 or online casino with multiple mirror links in general that being promoted differently on social media. There’s a lot of casino like this in our local like ok.bet, mwin and other local casino that frequently lock users funds when won huge amount.


This is their common strategy. I don’t have much experience about BK8 but atleast they manage to release the withdrawal compared to other casino operating this way that usually turn a blind eye because they don’t have reputation to protect here.

OP, wait... umm... with the recent development, I don't think I understand the true nature of your case correctly. I assume they're allowing you access for your deposit only, but voided all of your winnings and you don't want that? And that's the purpose of this thread, you didn't cheat, so you want your lifetime deposit plus your winnings?

Or is it you made an agreement with them that you're fine with your total deposit, but later made this thread because your account is inaccessible after you withdraw the entire available funds from the account?

User was detected abnormal in JS provider, hence have been taken action to suspend and return all her remaining wallet amount.
Total withdrawal from this user is 24,398.83 PHP. 10,000 at the first and 14,398.83 is her remaining wallet amount, so we don't hold any balance from this user
We didn't refund the deposit of 15,000, but we approved the remaining balance to be withdrawn (14,398.83). Then we closed the account

This member most probably got the account in other website and found abnormal, therefore she is flagged as abnormal by JS provider without any betting.

We are giving all his amount, but then losing amount will not return as she is already losing the amount.

Don't you have any process to prove this accusation that the account is not owned by the user itself or more likely the account is bought somewhere?

Based on the first post, the second latest withdrawal of her around ~14kphp is still pending, so maybe the withdrawal was a success after he posted here, let's wait for her feedback.

As for the closure of the account, any service has the right not to serve users especially those who don't comply with the ToS. It can be location-based, attitude-based*, etc.

*I have a service business myself and have shown the door for assholes as well.

If the OP has already withdrawn what they were entitled to and the casino suspended the account because of flags and there is no chance the casino will release more funds (they are keeping the deposit), does the OP have a claim?

Since the OP created more than one thread to raise their complaint but has not posted since 11th August 2024, maybe they will never return.
