Imagine one year not read or watch any news?
Im sure you don't get all this nonsense in your head.
Imagine If all or most of people will do that

But your mind will keep asking you if "Is there a war now"?


remember that the world is closing to have world war now , and not watching news will make you shocked if the city is already dominated by foreign invaders .

It's a great idea, imagine all the time you'll save and piece of mind you'll gain?

The truth is, anything newsworthy that happens you will hear about it from several people, so no point in scrolling the news all day.

Depends on the place you live. In a dictatorship country, where even YouTube is banned, you are right, it's better to live without that nonsense. But overall watching news isn't that bad. You can see what's going on in the world and make your own conclusions.

Not sure if this will ever be possible again since the world is running with Internet that everything is broadcasted instantly . but if I am to choose? yeah I love this peace of mind because of how the world is toxic now.
there are always bad things in the news , even how good each things yet people will find the opposite .
the world will be great again if news will be limited .

If you stopped watching the news for an entire year, you would become a **MUCH** better person.

I do not think I would go one year without reading and watching the news. I like getting updates on what’s going on around the world thanks to news providers this is how we get that.

We are able to see what is going on in reality instead of reading it. Watching the news, gives you a real glimpse of current events and situations that are taking place around the world. I like to read and watch the news everyday.

I envy those who do not read the news and do not follow anything, their psyche is intact. And I can't do without news anymore, I watch it every day. I already want to go to nature for a month and not pick up the phone for a month, except for regular calls.

Dont thing alot of people can do that not even me  cause I cant go a week without reading or watching news,

This will only happen when the internet is gone for a year also  because life now is about internet and news are being spread from it .
that is what the world having now .

Not sure if this is really  helpful to anyone not checking News because even though there are stupid news agency that spreads wrong information?

yet we still need to check TV's and Internets because of what is happening in terms of security because that will end up being blind and may missed the possible problems around our places ,

There are typhoons and other catastrophe  that may seriously damage our living and since we are not watching news? Flood may cover ouyr community without us knowing .

There's so much negativity and bad news out there, it’s probably better for your mental health to just not know about it. That said, even if you try to avoid the news, you’ll still hear about it from others. Unless you live in a very isolated community where people are actively avoiding (or are prevented from) reading the news, it's pretty much impossible not to hear about world news.

Ladies and Gentlemen. Watching the news makes you dumber. Everyone who watches a lot of news talks like a stupid f@#$ing idiot all the time because of it.

I don't watch news anymore compared last year when I was so active in reading and watching whatever I can as long as they're about news and current events.

But months ago, I've stopped being updated into all of these nonsense. Whether local or international news, it doesn't makes sense anymore. I wonder why the media are feeding people with all of these BS news that won't help us a better person.

Or do they want us to learn to think outside the box at most times and be positive even in the most negative situations?  ::)

Yes, in a year without this, you can tighten up your psyche and generally clear your mind!
