Oh thanks I didn't click on "untrusted feedback"

How can someone sc.am with paypal if you can charge back?
He spends the money before it is charge back and he does it through a false account?? I would get back my money anyway

You "may" get your money back, depends on how you file your claim. Yes, this person if they are a scammer would spend the money. I have even seen someone refund me immediatly and that refund get rejected, took about 3 weeks and I did get my money back.

Or he somehow makes the unexpecting go first, using the fact it is PayPal as leverage.

What do you mean by using Paypal as leverage?

I think I will just keep my paypal money and buy btc with an other mean, especially since buying btc with paypal has a 10% premium!!!

Selling BTC for PayPal is always a risk because...

  • Paypal is Horrible with Disputes. They cater towards buyers, and the buyer (The one buying BTC) could easily get their money back through the PayPal system.
  • If PayPal does not confirm, the buyer could simply do a chargeback

As such, there is significant risk using PayPal for a digital balance like Bitcoin.

He can use this as leverage to convince someone to go first, provide them with PayPal money, and then not provide the service.

I don't know why he would, considering you could just then reverse the same transaction within PayPal. This may require some time, and some may not know how to do this so maybe he is working off that.

Like with any one who is potentially "untrustworthy", there is more than meets the eye. I never said don't do business with this person (or people like this), but cover your bases and watch your risks.

IN all honesty, the OP may be a good seller and could have a bad rep due to unfortunate events -- but this is very unlikely and rarely happens without some form of consent of previous history.
