Title: TrustDice is a SCAM! Post by: pmvjewski1 on August 26, 2024, 04:06:52 PM Attention everyone,
I want to share a serious warning about my experience with TrustDice. I recently signed up, made my first crypto deposit, and placed several bets on their platform. After winning and attempting to withdraw my funds, things took a drastic turn. I received an email claiming my account was banned due to “multi-accounting,” which is completely false as I’ve only ever had one account. I reached out for help via live chat, but they said they couldn’t assist me. I even sent an email to support but have yet to receive any response. My registered email is przemo464@gmail.com. I’ve come across multiple reports of others facing similar issues, making it clear that this might be a recurring problem. If this matter isn’t resolved and I don’t regain access to my account and winnings, I’ll make sure to expose this situation widely across every platform I can. Consider this a warning if you’re thinking of using TrustDice. Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! So a screenshot or two, of your conversation and email correspondence with them, will be very much appreciated. Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! They really swore an oath of silence? Incredible.Quote and though the purpose of your thread is simply to raise awareness instead of having a situation resolved, it'll still be good to complete your thread with proof, as this board runs on evidence. If that's the case, then I agree with you that what this thread is just to raise awareness. In addition since we cannot take sides a proof beyond every reasonable doubt is needed. I have read about on this forum sometime ago about a casino "banning of account based on the assumption or accusations of multiple accounts" . I don't know if it was ever resolved. And I doubt that there can be a resolution to this because how do you begin to prove that you don't have multiple accounts if indeed you don't? Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! You did not gain access to your winning but you gained access to your money before winning? You need to show us proof that it is true that Trustdice banned your account. But there are people that will truly use more than one account but denying later after more than one of their accounts has been found. Had same issue, they banned me for multiaccounting lol. Thankfully they let me withdraw my cash, but it's strange situation. But luckily for you, you got your money back. I do not think Trustdice will mistakenly ban someone saying they both belong to the same owner.Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! Incredible.Umm... not really an oath that's sworn, that's me trying to be funny, but they do wrote a cessation statement (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5440520.msg61790516#msg61790516), removing themselves from commenting on this board, ever. There are multiple cases against casinos where the casino ban a user due to multi-acc allegation. You'll need to be more specific if you would like me to help informing you whether the case is resolved or not. Or you can perhaps visit my list (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5481683.0) and see whether the name of the member and/or the thread's title jogged your memory. It'll be very much appreciated if you'll do that. Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! Post by: Adbitco on August 26, 2024, 05:44:39 PM Attention everyone, TrustDice has been on the forum for long now if i am not mistakenly it should be around 1 and half years or possibly 2 years now over here, though i can't tell about people experiencing several issues, and besides they have an active running campaign going on in this forum and why would they swore an oath not to respond to people here in this forum. It is actually sucking to see that they don't respond to people here and won't resolve any issues and complainant that may come from here while they are already running campaign and making use of here to promote their brands.I want to share a serious warning about my experience with TrustDice. On this board. They'll still [according to a part of their cessation statement] address issues that's raised elsewhere, on their ANN perhaps, but not this board. They simply refused to answer here. And OP has already posted on their ANN, so hopefully he'll get his situation sorted out. This is one of the very few instances where I actually encourage [well, as there is no other option] a post of an accusation/a situation be made on a casino's ANN instead of on this board. The Compliance Team decided to give me back my winnings, so problem is solved. Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! Post by: holydarkness on August 30, 2024, 06:05:14 PM Okay guys, The Compliance Team decided to give me back my winnings, so problem is solved. Hmm... That's a good thing to hear. Do you mind to lock this thread [the button to do so is located at the bottom left of this page] and mark this as resolved by editing the title and add "resolved"? It'll be a very much appreciated gesture. Title: Re: TrustDice is a SCAM! Did you provide KYC? I'm also facing the same problem and I told them I could provide KYC, but I haven't receive a reply yet and cannot access my account anymore. |
