Although the algorithm is functional, super fast, no visible errors found however as a new platform there are many things that can be unnoticed. These things can be any error, bug, risk variability related to security issue and anything. The management seek help and support from experts in the community so that they can identify the issues and fix it to make The Change Ltd your home for exchanging your cryptocurrency.

Inspect the code, their structures, page flows from one page to another page while performing a real time exchange, typing error and including anything that you think is useful for the team to address and fix.

I've gone through the site and I've noticed that it's not fully developed yet, however their are some other things that I noticed. First off, from a user understanding the site is like a dapp where you swap tokens but from the image above, it makes me (the user) think it's an exchange which is not. Also the indication "our advantage and how does it works" can be placed in faq then commission faq and the rest can be removed here since it's been written below the site clearly.

Furthermore, In this other image, the write up is not very clear, (bot with functionality?) I think the functions of the bot should be stated with a simple word and there's no need for long words. Also, a hyperlink can be added to the Go to Telegram/Telegram logo( as seen on the image above) but do chose either the Telegram logo or Go to Telegram and not a combination of both.

Lastly, authorization should be removed "No account?" should be replaced with "Don't have an account?" Also, The Change symblo and indication should can be on the left not at the center, I left a sample with an image below concerning this last statement and that's all I've observed so far.

In conclusion, after noticing some lapses from the site, I tried carrying out a transaction and I was a to do it successfully without much stress. Well I hope my review is useful to the site owners or company and they'll use it to correct some errors in their site.

In the first image, the user interface is not really clear and concised I think the site owners should work on it  so that anyone that stumbles on the site should be able to maneuver their way without any hitch, going through clicks on the site, there are some necessary clicks that needs to be there that aren't, like where to make transactions, transactions history to know if a transaction is successful.
Then in the second image, the telegram bot taking me back to website is actually a bad one. As I should be able to access my account from either telegram or Website, since we know that telegram is one social media app that's is used by almost every human because of the trend of airdrop, so many people don't find it easy with site user interface and they may prefer to make use of the telegram bot and once they notice that the site interface and the telegram bot aren't easy to access, it may lead to discouragement and they may give up on it because of the aforementioned reasons.

First of all I will start my review from the good impacts the team has made on The change Ltd.

The development change Ltd has done on there platform is an interesting one considering how cryptocurrency space is evolving, however one of the things that interest me the most on the platform is there numerous coins they have on the change Ltd, which means that all there users will have the option to choose the best coin they feel is good for them to change.

another interesting factor is there users interface, they made it very easy for someone to navigate round the platform to identify or locate what they want to access because everything is very visible and also the fact that they have chart bot on the platform is also something commendable instead of going through other means of communication, the bot is there to feel you in all the question you desire.

However while I was on the change Ltd platform i discovered things that needs to be amend or enhance.

1. I noticed that the minimum exchange for BTC is 0.00056, if we convert it with the current price of Bitcoin it should be within $30.86272, so perhaps I would recommend it to be reduced at least $25 worth of Bitcoin to enable those users who has lesser amounts to be able to make use of the platform and besides there are serious competition among all the changes so in other to be one step ahead of most other platforms is by making things very affordable for users in other to get the kind audience you need.

2. in every platform one of the most important thing users normally put in consideration is there privacy, so actually the change Ltd needs to work harder to enhance there security system more because even when I started my registration on the change Ltd till I finished they did not even send me any email for activation or verification but instead I was automatically login, which in other words could be very easy for unauthorized access, so I would recommend that a more proper security measures should be put in place such as 2FA authentication because it has more developed measure of security that will prevent unauthorized users from accessing any users accounts and also there should be email verification code on every login by the users to ascertain if he or she is actually the one who is attempting to login.

3. kyc is also what observed that was not enabled on the platform, though I don't know if you have a plan in adding it but it will be very nice if being added because as a platform there is always the need to know your customers.

One of the most interesting thing I also like about The Change is there deposit method because after I finished trying out most of there features I decided to make a deposit of $30 and the transaction was very fast before two minutes the deposit has already arrived on my Change account, so I must say that they have really tried in making sure every transaction went smoothly.

1. There’s too much words and not enough clarification that this is a telegram bot. My suggestion would be to just use the word ‘Telegram’ rather than just its logo so that it’s clear and unmistakable. Because it can be easily ignored and the only mention of telegram is at the bottom. Also just remove ‘with functionality’. Everyone expects the bot to have function obviously. You are taking up too much space instead of just trying to explain what the bot does in as little words as possible.

2. Upon launching the bot, it just directs me back to the website which is not even in english to begin with. It’s confusing and kind of defeats the purpose of having a telegram bot if you are just going to send back a link to your website.

3. Upon registration, there’s no requirement for a verification when using email. Which I think can be a really great security risk later on. People can just start using anyone’s or fake email accounts since there’s no need for verification from your side. This will also allow for more spams in your project so I suggest you incorporate verification upon registration.

Here's my review

1.) The platform doesn't take too long to load and it is quite easy to navigate. For exchanging crypto, you can even exchange crypto without logging in. There are lots of cryptocurrencies that you can choose to exchange. I noticed that the telegram link to support chat is displayed at the bottom which Is good as I don't want it to be displayed in the middle or even at the top. It would be better if the field for wallet address (receiving address) should be visible right away instead of having to press the exchange button.

2.) Creating an account is very easy although it lacks security measures like email verification and 2FA. For 2FA part, it should depends on the user if he/she decided to enable the 2FA or not. When I tried to log in I didn't even notice that the log in form already displayed. The only thing that let me know is the url that has now /login at the end.

3.) When you use the bot, you will be redirected to the website and I don't even know what's the purpose of the bot if you press it from the site. It goes like this, website (English) - telegram app - website again (No longer English). The default language should be in English.

Made a swap of 0.007 $BTC to native $OP, compared rates with SwapSpace which is instant exchanges aggregator and result was ChangeLTD rates were better, so very good job on that.

Now, below is everything I gathered from this exchange.

Feedback:

1) I closed tab by mistake when transaction was still pending, and there was no direct way to get back to that particular order. Had to create fake order, and then change hyperlink with previous transaction's order ID to check status.

2) Tried website live chat and telegram support, there is no quick response. I have used other instant exchanges like— StealthEx, SimpleSwap and they have quick support, you might want to improve on this.

Bugs:

1) The rates shown on website homepage are incorrect/are not being updated. Do note that swap rates are closer to actual market rates, it's just problem with your homepage banners.

I do not really understand why you made the print of the Commissions page so faint. It creates the impression that you’re trying to make the user miss some points. I think it should be more legible. I notice that this also applies to the responses to the FAQs and the Service Rule pages. I understand the concept of tiny print, but it would be nice if the team made them easier on the eyes.

For the Telegram Bot menu, it would be a good idea to introduce the Change Bot to users first, telling them that they could use the on-Telegram bot if they’re more comfortable with that instead of redirecting every click on the menu to the bot page in Telegram. The user would like to be assured that they’re not on a phishing link if the exchange team introduces the bot properly.


Rule 5.1 states, “Please be aware that by sending funds of unclear origin you assume all the risks involved, including the possibility of loss of such funds.”

I think the wordings are wrong. It is obviously referring to tainted coins or funds linked to illicit activities such as money laundering, terrorism financing, and other proceeds of crime. It is rather vague to assert you could seize all funds if you do not know their origin. This rule should be made clearer.


Under the AML Policy, the website states, “The provided [sic], by the user, documentation is securely stored according to the provisions of the applicable data protection laws and for so long as required by law. For more details regarding the personal data protection protocols, please refer to our Privacy Policy.”

I believe that they wanted to write “The information provided...” or “The data provided.”

The Change Ltd website was quite easy to use and I have noticed something that needed to be adjusted as soon as possible. At first logging to the website was in the Russian language and I had to change the language to English to understand the content.


Email confirmation
I was prompted to create an account in the website before I coukd make use of the bot which I did.
After registration I was expecting to get an email of my registration fromThe Change Ltd but was surprised of not receiving any email or whatsoever. I checked my spam but nothing was there. If there is no need for email confirmation then there should be no need for creating an account. Maybe this can be added in the future update which will be fantastic.

Availability of coins
After synchronizing my account on the website with the bot, executing transaction was available.
The Change Ltd has so many coins to select from on different blockchain. Selecting the cryptocurrency that I want to swap was easy to maneuver from one page two another.

Opinion : The duration it takes for the fund to reflect on the bot server was not up to 4 minutes which gave me confidence that I was going to complete the whole transaction within few minutes.

The “Cryptocurrency exchange instant and safe” Can be removed by just replacing them with popular assets and their market price as stated above.
Telegram, Discord, Forum, Twitter, etc logo with a hyperlink added to it can be on the bottom of the home page. This gives the user easy access to official announcements/activities.

The transaction speed was amazing and I would say without any sentiment that you guys did great on this as it took less than  the expected time for the fund to reflect

The customer support was expected to respond immediately but the reverse was the case and over the time I’ve been in the forum, I’ve noticed that, having a good customer support service is also one paramount factor to consider in every business and as such, you should consider working on your customer support service.

Login into the site of THE CHANGE LTD is always fast without any interruptions, going through the site every page is well developed and it does not take time to find yourself on other page when clicked.  After I went through the site to assess the quality of the site, I went ahead in creating an account to enable me to have more access to the site which I can make use of the telegram bot to run my transaction which I can change to my prefer coin.

I was asked for my email address and a prefer password to create an account and everything was done with maximum ease. While creating the account something came into mind to check if I can be a to recover password easily just incase if I forget my password but clicking on forgot password I was finding it difficult on how to recover password, which I was supposed to be asked for my email address to get a code for recovering password or to reset.

While creating my account I was expecting to recieve a verification code from my email but I didn't, I think the verification code will be good for the service to enable users to use a valid email address for registration for security reasons to verify authenticity.

Transaction was successful and very fast, after sending 30 usdt from my wallet instantly it was changed to my prefer coin back to my wallet. One of the thing I so much fancy about this service is that it is fast, right from the site to the bot use in performing the change of coins.

The UI am seeing here is not anything I haven't seen from existing exchange's, not that am saying it's bad, it's basic as it is and still works.

Something nice to talk about is how easy is it to choose tokens especially those that exist on other blockchains that an innovative touch , Then I found it difficult to signup because only sign-in button was visible and if I compare with other signup services, they all have both login and sign-up buttons bundled together.

On twitter I see updates of exchange  services available through your bot, yet there is no notice of how to approach or use this on the telegram channel or website and as a business you want to be providing the service and not responding to endless inquiries concerning this. I suggest a FAQ addition on how to use the bot.

Furthermore, if the exchange is going to implement KYC/AML policies, it must as well introduce fiat exchanges  immediately like some of its competitors running similar businesses. As it is, this is a all round crypto exchange and see no reason AML should be a big deal when crypto is anonymous as the masses believe. Unless they say they don't work with coins like anonymous coins like XMR which I could not find on the menu because of this AML policies, will need to see if the competition support coins like XMR.

Bonus point, complimentary features such as a mobile app will be a nice addition for thechange to tap into an already existing potential pool of clients from android users and apple users if made available on both stores, something like a website based app should  be easy to do and will get thechange spreading its wings in no time.
