looking for business opportunities

I come from Indonesia and want to look for business partners who may want to export or import goods to Indonesia
considering that economic development is so rapid, if possible to open up opportunities for forum users who want to make a profit from here,
for anyone who needs goods from Indonesia or wants to send goods to Indonesia

I highly advise you to move this thread to the Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=191.0) which is the local section for Indonesians. I think that you'll be able to have some interested people to do business with you first by finding someone through your locality and find your leads there first. It's not that easy to find some business partners online although we're seeing a lot of members here that have built their trust and reputation but it takes time, still wish you good luck.

This would have been more better left on the Indonesian local board, another board to have in consideration here is the service board, if you're going into this, then you need to have a reputation whereby people that will be dealing with you are going to confide trust in you and whatever thing you do to them at the cause of making patronage to any of your service, then i will also advise if you can spice up the thread and make something like a banner explaining in details what you do.

@OP you should know that import and export nowadays are easier than before, any country who want to export their goods will contact expedition service instead of you. Safety and security is more important even you can offer cheaper price, with your current reputation, I doubt people are interested with your offer.

Better to find your niche rather than offering common service.

Yeah you are right maybe with time when op might build his reputation then more people likely contact him and the will be people within his local community. I don't think any external community would want to use his service to import/export goods.
For things like it's mostly needs a high profile person from the forum to deal with after people might confirmed how trusted and reliable could be.

Thank you for your feedback; I came to realize that check-in and check-out processes are optimized. And for the most part, travel agents take care of all those issues. Then comes safety, security, reliability. Most importantly, I appreciate the point of good reputation, which builds up trust with potential partners.

For this reason, I totally support finding a niche as a very effective strategy. By focusing on a specific niche or sector where competition is much less or where one's strengths lie particularly, one can better understand specific services and market needs in solving the problems. Your opinion is of value. And I will surely ponder how I can modify and work on my specific approach to target markets better, where I can present an advantage.


Building a good reputation in itself takes time. I do agree with the fact that local links would become a good starting point because I am trying to win the confidence and generate credibility within the community. I only wish that over time I may be able to expand my network and gain outside attention. I know that more healthcare collaboration is out there. Having someone who is famous or more famous than you can make all the difference. I will just continue to apply myself so that, in the demonstration of my capabilities and credibility within the community, these latterly external communities can come to respect this too, finally. Importing goods from abroad to Indonesia is very scary in customs, sometimes they also open the goods we buy, if it is not appropriate they will confiscate the goods we buy, can you guarantee that the goods purchased will be safe until they reach the owner's hands?

This is an anonymous forum and anybody can register into it, there's no way of knowing individual intentions when they join. So I won't do any business with a newbie that has not gained reputation in the forum because we don't know if he's genuine or a scammer. I think that it would be better for now if OP will focus on the main purpose of this forum which is discussions on cryptocurrency and relevant topics that affects economies, politics and our societies. As a newbie he should start off his business dealings in his local board where he might get a level of trust and later when he has gained reputation in the main boards other members can be more confident to go into partnership with him/her.

Even if op gains reputation I wouldn't still deal with him because at first we are talking about off track like a business out if this forum. If it's a business within this platform then it's very easier to follow at least others can keep track of the business other than off forum, since it would look like a cooked and organized complaint because people wouldn't believe you guys actually initial business. But a transaction within the blockchain or bitcoin network keep track record for future purposes.

Hmm, first of all, buddy import & export is not a business that is targeted by the forum, here most of the people are all around the world for their virtual identity only, anyway if you still think that here on the forum there's a possibility of audience which is interested in the import-export business you can look for them and believe me haha the cultural business is still one of the most profitable businesses around the world.


Haha, sike that's the wrong number, buddy he's from Indonesia haha and he's looking for an international partner who can help him or work with him for import export and you are telling him to look locally haha I didn't know import export can be established within a country (I know it can but you also what i meant) honestly dont you think he already has many friends and family in Indonesia to work with him, haha don't take it into the heart but this is the best place or maybe service discussion can be an alternative to looking for a good partner for him.

Indonesia makes it hard to install and use whatsapp.
I use a UK number although not for whatsapp, you can rent those numbers.
