AI - The Future of Cryptocurrencies and Gambling: An Importance That Can't Be Ignored

Introduction:
Hello, dear BTC Bitcointalk users! I would like to discuss with you an extremely important topic - the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in the crypto and cryptocasino industry. In my opinion, many of us are missing the opportunity to truly take advantage of all the opportunities that AI provides. This is either due to lack of awareness or doubt. However, if you recall the history of BTC Bitcoin, many people didn't believe in its success at the beginning either, and those who believed and supported the technology then, understand me perfectly well today.

We are standing on the threshold of a new era - the era of AI. As Alvin Toffler said:
Quote
The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and learn again.

Artificial Intelligence is the very skill that needs to be mastered so that we don't miss out on the future.

Why is AI so important to the crypto industry?.

AI has the potential to be a game changer for the cryptocurrency industry. It is already being actively used to automate trading, predict cryptocurrency prices, and defend against cyber threats. Studies show that using AI to analyze data can improve trading efficiency by 20-30%. Such solutions allow processing huge amounts of information, which is not available to the human brain in such a short period of time. For example, AI trading can track market patterns and historical data, allowing traders to make informed decisions.

Fact: According to MarketsandMarkets, the artificial intelligence market will grow from $58.3 billion in 2021 to $309.6 billion by 2026. This points to the huge promise of the technology, which is, in fact, already beginning to shape the future of cryptocurrencies.

AI in Cryptocasinos and Online Gaming: New Horizons

AI is also playing an important role in the gambling industry. Through personalized algorithms, it improves the user experience by making suggestions and recommendations more accurate and tailored to each player. This allows casinos to not only retain users but also increase their loyalty. For example, AI can analyze players' preferences and offer them bonuses or games that match their playing style.

As Steve Jobs said:
Quote
Innovation is what separates the leader from the follower.

Artificial intelligence technologies are already becoming a critical tool for creating a competitive advantage in the gambling industry.

Fact: According to research, more than 60% of major online casinos are already using AI to improve their operations, whether it's anti-fraud or risk management.

The Future of AI: Opportunities that are no longer worth missing

You may have heard concerns that AI will “take away” jobs. It's true that many occupations may change, but don't forget that AI is also creating new jobs and expanding horizons. The GPT technologies created by OpenAI provide an opportunity for developers and companies to create innovative products based on AI. The GPT-Next is expected to be released this year, which OpenAI claims will 100 times outperform current solutions.

As Sun Tzu said:
Quote
Victory is achieved by those who are prepared in advance.

AI is the kind of technology that needs to be explored and implemented now to keep up with the competition in the future.

Conclusion: The future belongs to those who see the possibilities

Like BTC Bitcoin in its time, AI is causing a lot of controversy and doubt. But, as with cryptocurrency, those who support the technology in its early stages will be able to maximize the benefits in the future. Artificial intelligence is not just a tool, it is the future that is already here. And now it's up to us to decide whether we will be observers or active participants.

This is my honest opinion about AI related to gambling of course, as we are going to see huge improvements in this industry due to the power of AI in finding tricks and gaps inside the casinos’ games, which causes them huge losses when players exploit those gaps and withdraw money from the casinos, all due to AI.
Simultaneously, AI also is a great tool for developers and security experts to find those gaps and close them, fixing their vulnerabilities and making sure to stop the exploiters.

For your question about the opportunities for implementing AI in any project or even our project, it can be so useful to facilitate many tasks, improve security in games, and mostly save you lots of time. However, the bad side of it is misusing it to take advantage of vulnerabilities or any unethical practices.

For some reason, you compare it with bitcoin, which has been really gaining trust for more than ten years
As for AI intelligence, this is not the case, people noticed the effectiveness of even the usual chat model "chat-gpt" immediately and it was a BOOM.

Naturally, the introduction of Ai into some areas of the casino, such as the position of a "risk taker", is brilliant, it will collect so much information and compare it all so quickly, after which it will come to the logical conclusion that an ordinary person in this position looks helpless.

And if AI starts calculating RTP for each individual user in real time? Do you think it would be cool?

All of it makes me wonder whether we will end up seeing a decrease in the demand from this industry for software engineers and security experts who in previous years were tasked with protecting all the sets of private keys of casinos and bookies.
Because all business focus goes around maximizing profits, for the staff of casinos it would less of a hassle to operate an Artificial intelligence than having a whole department of people in charge of their cyber-security.

Though, In my opinion; it would be foolish to give control over private cryptographic keys and gambling software to an artificial intelligence, which likely cannot tell right from wrong like all of us do.

As this thread was made primarily for discussion it is more appropriate in the gambling discussion child board. You (op) can move the thread using the option at the bottom left of this page and selecting the destination board.

There are usecases for AI in building gambling technology, automating tasks and creating a more streamlined process. Online gambling relies on technology and AI is impacting all technologies positively with a constantly increasing scope.
There are a few who believe it can help make users play better or improve the chances of making profits, this I don't see happening.

You are absolutely right, AI does represent a “two-faced coin” in the world of gaming. On the one hand, it can be used to identify and fix vulnerabilities, which is of great benefit to developers and security experts. As you pointed out, AI helps to find holes in the system and close them, thereby protecting casinos from attackers.

On the other hand, there is always the risk that someone will use AI to find and exploit these vulnerabilities. This raises the important issue of ethics and the need for strict controls on the use of AI. This is why it is important not only to integrate AI into the system, but also to monitor its use to ensure fair and safe gaming.

The comparison with bitcoin is not so much direct, but aims to emphasize the similar stages of mistrust and doubt that the new technology is going through. Like bitcoin in its early days, AI raises questions for many people, and its adoption takes time and experimentation. As for the explosion in popularity of chatbots like ChatGPT - this is just a prime example of how quickly “bam” can happen if the technology proves to be truly effective.

Integrating AI into key areas like casino risk management really does look brilliant. The idea of using AI to dynamically calculate the RTP for each user in real time is a powerful concept that could greatly increase the adaptability of games and give casinos a better understanding of player behavior. This, of course, requires an accurate and transparent approach to ensure fairness for all participants.

...

Your concern about the possible reduction in demand for software engineers and security professionals due to the growing influence of AI is indeed an important issue to discuss. AI is undoubtedly capable of automating many tasks, but it would be reckless to completely remove the human factor from the equation. Even the most advanced AI systems require constant monitoring and customization by experts.

In addition, AI itself is not infallible. As you correctly point out, AI may not always be able to distinguish right from wrong, especially in complex moral and ethical issues. Humans still play a key role in ensuring that AI operates within these boundaries and does not violate safety and integrity standards. Therefore, relying entirely on AI without human input would be risky, especially when it comes to sensitive aspects such as cryptographic key management.

It is remarkably noted that AI has been a helping hand for gambling industry to become more developed when it comes to its safety and convenience,  as it can be a great aid for fraud detection and can even enhanced its player experience with the use of an AI.

However, when it comes to increasing profits on the part of gamblers, maybe this can also be realized with the later improvements applied for AI. We may not seen it today but most likely in the future if ever.

We all love technology, and it makes life easier in many ways... but too much of anything is not good. The same is with AI, it can help with many things, but people expect too much from that and what is the end result here? AI will do everything for us and what are we going to do?

As Sun Tzu said:

Victory is achieved by those who are prepared in advance.

I say fuck that victory if someone else wins for us (AI in this case). We need to enjoy gambling in our own way, whether we win or lose, it will be our achievement or our downfall.

This can be experimented on, but I do not see it creating a definite way to increase profits same way I do not consider it a viable way to profit from trading.

But if there's one thing I know, it's not to put a lid on how much technology can advance.

No system or strategy can ever give anyone a guaranteed profit.  From gambling or cryptocurrencies.  Gambling and crypto trading platforms use Ai to counter them when a user tries to hack cryptocurrency or gambling systems using Ai.  AI is a very good technology but it also has many disadvantages.  Although AI is very powerful, it can never act like a human and never make instant decisions like a human does.

I believe whether an AI can make an instant decision depends on how they are programmed.  AI can easily make an instant decision if they are programmed to, besides they can do it faster than any human because they can process data way more faster than how human brain process things.  Like when give a set of rules, AI can easily determine and reject things that does not conformed with the set.

AI will always be helpful and harmful dependent on how the person used it.  AI are just tools to process data faster so whether they can be a threat or not depends on the person who programmed them.

True that but AI can help the percentage of acquiring or winning a profit in terms of gambling activities.

I still can't think of it, while in many sectors and industries, with repetitive actions for customer relays AI has been the key to save money and time for those type of tasks. Maybe in the gambling and cryptocurrencies, it's going to be more of the use case but it still needs human intervention for it to become productive.

I support the young AI, even if there is also a bad side of it. Every technology has some loopholes that bad eggs exploit. Just like the case of bitcoin you mentioned above, despite the good tidings of bitcoin, we also know how scammers, criminals, money launders are misusing the innocent bitcoin.

Same is applicable to AI, but we shouldn't fold our hands and watch. It's better to keyin and as the technology evolves, I know control will be in place. AI in cryptocasino industry is not very certain to me, it sounds like exploitation to me, maybe I'm yet to understand.

I don't think it matters that it can "do" all of these things. The most important thing is that it does things correctly. See it has the idea of replacing humans or being able to move by itself without human intervention simply because of it's capability to be correct by itself and without that, it's just like any regular person lol. And such an idea is even more imposed because it's AI. It's not human.

Though I don't deny the possible capabilities of AI in the future. Right now though? I doubt it can be called a "game changer". It is a great assistant though that I can't deny.

Here are two sides to analyze, we can see the implementation on the casinos Side, and we can see the AI on the users side.

As users it would be nice to have an AI who track the games wins from other users, that way users would be able to play slots who are about ti win big. And for this tracking the AI could take information from casinos chats and social networks, this is just an example of how it could be used.

And the AI from the casino side could help to deliver bonus and promotions to users who really deserve engagement. Isn't fair that the active users get the same promotions that non-active users, i think that should change and AI could help with that.

If I'm not mistaken, we have a topic about a member putting AI to a test and pick a winner in a UFC match up. I totally forget what is the winning percentage or how big AI will be in gambling and sports.

But I do agree that this is a new technology that taking everything by storm, including gambling. Perhaps someone can build a AI model to predict the winners of a given match and obviously, it's going to be a big win to gamblers. Still early though, and it's really hard to perfect this kind of AI prediction modelling in sports. Still going to be a hit or miss and a lot of factors and parameters to look at for it to become self learning.

AI indeed has the potential to be a game changer for the cryptocurrency industry but until that time comes, we may not see AI will be as we want. Maybe not in this year since AI needs to be developed more than today.
We need to learning more to use AI properly while we don't know where the AI will go in the future but we can follow the development of the AI itself. But that will not be difficult since every project use AI for the different reason including the casino.
The prospect and the opportunity from AI can help us in our daily life and that can help companies to improve their business. Yes, we may be challenge by the AI to improve our skills if we don't want to lose our job so the coming of the AI is for sure and we must be ready for that.
Many crypto project will use AI in the future and also change many businesses and the gambling industry but we need to be patient to wait for that time.

If AI is involved in ensuring the safety of players and filtering out various types of scammers, then naturally many players will welcome the introduction of this tool. However, we all know that any business primarily wants profit for itself. This means that any casino can be profitable not just often but very often, because the more advanced the technology, the less suspicion people will always have about the presence of injustice.

I'm thinking now, what use could artificial intelligence bring to the gaming industry? Perhaps it can be used to calculate odds. AI can be used in general to process large arrays of statistics on sports matches. But AI, in my opinion, can be used mainly in sports betting, in the casino industry it is more or less useless. The only place in the casino industry where AI could be useful is in the development of new casino games. Although, in my opinion, ordinary people can do this just fine, AI is not needed for this. It turns out that only for more convenient calculation of odds on matches.

AI being artificial intelligence was created to mimicking humans and I can say that it has been doing great for what it was created for. I see AI as a helper/assistant of human in his or her daily activities. AIs are not better than human because if they are left alone, they can not do anything in their own but they work with algorithm, they process their information and produce results based on already made information, and because they are AI functioning on preprocessed information, they can produce a quick and fast results within a short period of time that humans can not be able to come up with the result so quickly.

AIs can be able to dive into the crypto market, feed on previous and current crypto related news and come up with the result for the token or coin you should trade, and they can do this within a short period of time but it can take a human longer time to make that same prediction because human will also use different tools and perimeters to determine the future price of an asset.

AI can also make prediction in the casino using every information they can get about the game to make their prediction.

In conclusion, AI is fast because they use seconds or minutes to produce a result but human can take a bit longer but that doesn't make them to be better than human, perhaps they uses a collective data of human information.

It is true that AI will takes away the job if human can not improve their skill. The companies doesn't want to pay much cost to running their business so they will use AI to help them. AI now better than before although that need to be explored until we find what we want.

We hope AI can be besides us daily and help us to solve the challenge with better. We now see AI has been used in trading and other businesses which mean that gambling apply into gambling industry. When AI has been work better, we can ask AI to search for what we looking for and many information will be given by the AI.

An expert still explored what kind of AI that human needs because we have so many things to do including gambling. If AI can be used in gambling, maybe that can give us a chance to win. But we need to be patience to wait for AI that will be used in gambling so we can learn how to use it.

In my opinion, this issue of the influence of AI on the entire gambling industry has already been discussed somewhere here in the Gambling section of our forum. And the forum supporters noted in their posts that AI will only spoil the atmosphere of the game when it comes to games based on psychological manipulation (for example, they were talking about poker). In this case, AI is simply superfluous in such a game, even if it plays for one of your opponents. It is better and more interesting to play poker with real people. If we are talking about games with provable fairness and random algorithms, then AI is also not particularly capable of providing, but, of course, if there are no frauds and manipulations with numbers in this game. So the use of AI in gambling is very ambiguous. And most likely there are more minuses than pluses from this.

Discussion:
I propose to discuss the importance of AI and its everyday use in this thread. What prospects and opportunities do you see for implementing AI in your projects? What impact will it have on cryptocurrencies and gambling in the coming years?

If I posted in the wrong thread, I ask moderators or forum members to direct the discussion in the right direction.

I feel like there is definitely a way to make some kind of auto trader bot that gives you much better odds when placing bets and there are tons of people that do it and I can for sure be used as a tool to help become more profitable and increase your odds

Indeed, artificial intelligence-based betting bots are a good idea, and the potential is huge. They can process huge data and make decisions at a speed incomparable to the human brain, which will undoubtedly allow people to improve their betting strategies and reduce risks. However, we should not forget that no artificial intelligence can guarantee a profit — the whole principle of gambling is based on the element of chance.

It can also help to improve outcomes with more specific information or predictions, but again this does not mean that artificial intelligence technology will be able to fully control or predict outcomes. So, while profitability can be improved as an end result when using AI, one must be realistic in their expectations so as not to be completely dependent on its use for success.

LOL you mean AI is good for crypto gambling because it is helping casinos to make more money from their customers by spotting more quickly players who manage to earn few dollars through few bonuses, promotions or tournaments?
