I am a newbie so don't know much about bitcoin forums, a close friend of mine gave me some practice about bitcoin and decided to invest.
Actually I want to invest in Bitcoin and when is the right time?

I want to participate in the bull run for a long time, if anyone knows, tell me the exact time.

The best time to invest in Bitcoin is now because the more you delay, the more the chances of you using the funds for another thing increases. In addition, price can also leave the present region if you continue to delay but before you start your investment journey, ensure the following are in place:

• Ensure you are investing amount you can afford to leave in Bitcoin for a long time, so rhat you will not panic to sell when price refise to rise as fast as you may expect it. Bitcoin is not a get-rich-quick venture.
• Ensure you use a wallet you control the private keys to store your Bitcoin examlle, Electrum wallet or even hardware wallet. Please never store your Bitcoin in centralized exchanges

I don't seems to understand your question over here, I just have brief look at your profile it shows you have been here for about 4-5 months and you still don't know how to start from this forum, and you didn't know how to start your investment?
I think there are several post on the Beginners & Help (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0) section which is mostly required you to post over there than here, you can start from that section. Again the above poster has already given you guideline and you need to follow it up carefully, or you can also meet with your mentor to guide you.

You already answer your own question, if you said you want to participate in the bull run for a long time, it means there's no the right time to invest in Bitcoin since you're looking for long term. "Any" time is the right time including right now.

Yeah I know Bitcoin price is rising 5% now and it looks expensive than the last few days, but you're looking for long term, right?

Dude, whenever you want to invest in digital currency like Bitcoin, it's always your time and whenever you want there are no obstacles to doing it, 24 hours always available.

The question is when is the right time.......!
These questions and questions no one can speculate and predict accurately, even if he is a Bitcoin expert.
Another way you can invest your time is the right one.
For example:
Maybe you can speculate from Bitcoin's experience and journey from year to year and until now, in my experience the halving happened yesterday, it happened once every four years, for me Bitcoin still has a chance to go down, for me futures investment is not the right time, maybe 2025 is a possibility.

Remember, that's my speculation, you must have principles in investing, you can use them whenever you want, the information here and outside is very important for you, before going any further.

To answer your question, there is no best time to invest in bitcoin. I know no one can give you a perfect time or a date that's right to invest in bitcoin, but the right thing, I think, is to invest whenever you have money available that you want to use for investment. Don't wait for the price to drop below where you meet it before you can consider it the best time. 
 
But if you are too afraid of what will become of the market in the future, I will advise you to make use of the DCA method in order not to spend a large amount of money at a time buying Bitcoin; rather, you can be accumulating bit by bit until you finally arrive at the expected volume you wish to hold.

I spent a lot of time searching for the question of when is the best time to invest in bitcoin and crypto, I understand that investing in bitcoin is similar to investing in any type of asset, this makes me understand the cash flow when they switch back and forth between assets and currencies to create profit opportunities. Lol, it is a process that is automatically transformed like a cycle. And the right time to invest in bitcoin could be the opportunity now. Or you have to wait longer if you want or simply invest for a long term (it doesn't really need to be suitable). That's my personal opinion

Some analysts think that bitcoin may not have bottomed yet. You can use DCA to be buying bitcoin. Just divide your money in several places and be buying bitcoin every week. But you can set the limit order for it at lower price and see if the order will be filled.

Do not leave your coins on exchanges. After you finish the trade, move your coins to a noncustodial wallet. Bitcoin price may fall a little but the price will still get to all-time high and maybe six figures.

If you ask me when is the best time to buy bitcoin and you have money today to invest in bitcoin, of course I will say the right time to buy bitcoin is today, the September dump is over the market is again very attractive to buy and we are still at $ 60k bitcoin, the trip to the last year of this cycle is next year so it can be concluded that today is the right time to buy bitcoin for your investment friends, but you need to consider that you must have good finances such as having an active income so that your investment runs well without being disturbed when getting difficulties in the future.

For the year and mostly especially the month of September which is bearish month just like the other two months in the third quarter of the year, personally i expected the bitcoin price to actually test again $48k but it didn’t and at this moment I don’t think we are going to go to such low price again. Aside All this waiting for perfect time I agree that OP should simply invest while they have the funds. One can’t simply wait for a perfect time because waiting o buy bitcoin is risky on it on. With bitcoin $60k there is a possibility of it doing more than 2x from this price in this upcoming bull run.

I think your last paragraph is contradictory if you ask me,you ask OP to set limit to buy at a low price but you’re still giving advice of not leaving off funds on exchanges, I think there is no way one can set an order in an exchange without leaving off funds there so the best thing is to manually check the price and then go and purchase it on any exchange, this eliminates the risk of leaving coins on exchanges

To maximize some significant profit from bitcoin you've to invest long, probably for a full circle. And there is absolutely no definite time that could be said to be the right time to start bitcoin investment. If there was anytime  that was said to be the right time to invest then it would be 2009 when it was $0.00099 per bitcoin. But guess what! Even at that time some persons asked similar questions but look at today bitcoin is with an ATH of $73k, imagine what the price could be in the next 4-8 years from now. Just make up your mind jump on the train with whatever amount you are comfortable to risk with.

The right time is when you are ready and have money to invest as soon as possible. No one knows how long the bull run will run so, for you to enjoy it with what our speculations for this bull run which is going to run until next year, you still have enough time to invest. And before you invest, make sure that you know what you are up to and what you're investing. Not just because a friend of yours tells you to invest in Bitcoin, you'd do it in a heartbeat. Keep on researching on your own and ask yourself questions whether you're already prepared or not yet and you still need to clarify things that you don't understand before you start investing to Bitcoin. Since you want to participate in Bitcoin bull run for a long time, you have to invest too for a long time. Your investment should be focused on long term so it will help you to invest more into Bitcoin and be accumulating. Investing favour those that do it for a long runs not for the short run profits seekers. There is no right time to invest in Bitcoin because regardless of when you invest in Bitcoin, you only make profits depending on when you want to sell. What makes you to make profits is the duration that you are going to hodl and not when you are buying. But just for reference, the best time to buy Bitcoin is during the bear market or when the market is dipping. Others will be scared to buy because of the fear of the market dipping more but you can buy with DCA.

Anytime is a good time to invest in bitcoin. But, you missed some golden opportunities to buy btc at the bottom. This was when BTC was dipping to the 49k and 52k. It seems you will not get the same opportunity to enter at those very low prices.  

If you are willing to invest, then do it now or you can be patient waiting for another dip to come again soon.

But i just remind you if there was no guarantee if we're going to see a big bullish trend to come again. Try to understand the risk before try to enter market.

that is as much as STUPID TO ASK ABOUT EXACT TIME because there is no such, we can speculate the time but no specification in exact term .

Have you tried asking your friend? I was pretty sure he mentioned that before and listened to his advice closely. Having him as a mentor is a huge plus, so don’t hesitate to ask him questions to get more guidance on your plans.

Now I see where the Op got his idea of saying those who don’t have Bitcoin knowledge are should  On his recent thread  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5509824.msg64553025#msg64553025) there are better ways of making a point without indirectly using abusive language. 

That’s by the way, just as many others have said here, no one can give you the exact time that’s perfect for bitcoin buying; all that you can do is guess and speculate on the price, which is why one of the most effective ways to acquire bitcoin, which have been advised on this forum, is the DCA method. That way, you don’t need to worry about price, but you buy each time you have money available.

Do you have money now? Buy now... Don't delay and ask when is the right time, no one knows.

Before starting your investment plan, prepare a savings fund or emergency fund when urgent needs that do not sell bitcoin invested.

Buying bitcoin is easy... What is difficult is to consistently buy bitcoin regularly, if you feel bored when the market does not increase you might sell it ... Therefore, plan your investment carefully.

It's good that you have a friend that helped you learn more about Bitcoin. Back when I was a newbie, there's nothing that helped me personally when it comes to information and knowledge. Bitcointalk and YouTube are the ones that helped me. What's different though is that, the amount of misinformation right now is way higher than when I'm still starting to learn cryptocurrency, that I felt that it's hard for a newbie to learn cryptocurrency by themselves only and they need at least one "TRUSTED" friend or mentor that would help him get educated.

You want to invest into Bitcoin? There are some questions that I need to ask.
1. How long do you plan to hold those Bitcoins? Long-term? Medium-term? You will sell it when the bull run starts?
2. Are you patient enough to wait because profits by holding Bitcoin will not come in a few weeks to months unless you're trading?
3. Do you have free time to learn more about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general? You said in your previous thread that "Knowledge is power" so prove it to us that you're willing to learn.

As for the exact time, no one knows about the "EXACT" time, but what we can share is whether it's a good time to buy or not, and I think it's still good to buy right now only if you will sell it during the peak of the bull run because in the end, you will still make profits. I'd suggest to wait a few days though before a pull back happens because I believe that we will see a bit of a correction in the final days of the month. Good luck.

The best time to buy bitcoin is actually during its first trade if im not mistaken it is on year 2009,the price of bitcoin that time is super low and it is really a big blessings in disguised if you buy that time and sell today, i believe that buying btc today has a big risk because of its huge price that needs a big amount of money to buy small amount of btc, this is a big gamble if you buy this time, however if you are lucky you can still earn if it will continue to rise after you buy, but if it will fall and you will lose then you are not lucky on it, sometimes it depends on luck even  if we used different strategy we can still loss if we are not lucky.
