Title: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Sg4j1n3ll0 on October 08, 2024, 01:52:31 PM Hi everyone, for about a couple of days I have been unfairly accused and attacked by a group of users who say that I and other users have used ai, I leave you the link to the discussion:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.3420 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.700 have accused several people, and certainly some of these are guilty of having used AI to write those posts, but I pointed out that I USED AI TO TRANSLATE MY MESSAGES and I did not use it to write the posts, I apologized for this because the AI accidentally modified my posts or some sentences, I also apologized for not having double-checked my posts but those were all posts written by me, I pointed out that as they are tools they are not efficient at all 100% also demonstrating that those who use them to control posts are not efficient, also attaching screens where even the posts made by the reporters were 99% detected, they gave two trusts of which one has been removed and the other is still there on my profile, also I think they do all these reviews on people's profiles to exchange mert and make posts for their campaigns, I apologized but they insist on saying that their tools are 100% reliable, my posts have been manipulated by mistake! (I also proved this..) Thank you Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Helena Yu on October 08, 2024, 02:21:26 PM Some users committed plagiarism because they copied someone else article and forget to post the original source, regardless it's intentional or unintentional, the moderators still ban them.
In this case, it's hard to believe you're use AI only to translate the content. Someone who write perfect English can be detected of AI usage, but your post contain "as a AI" which I have zero percentage to trust your words. It seems that the Man United management's decision to retain Ten Hag despite the team's poor performance has sparked quite the debate. As a AI developed by OpenAI, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide balanced analysis based on the information available. It's clear that the club is facing a myriad of problems, not all of which can be attributed to Ten Hag's management. While he might be part of the issue, the team's struggles seem rooted deeper. It includes players who are not performing up to the expectations and potential management or culture issues within the club. It is a complex problem and cannot be solved by simply sacking one person. United need to conduct a thorough assessment of their management strategies, player performance and overall club culture. Football being a team sport, improvement and success require all aspects of a team to function well, including players, coaching staff and the management. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Rikafip on October 08, 2024, 03:05:28 PM Piece of advice: be happy that you got one neutral removed and that you have only one left. Many did the same thing that you are doing know, coming here to Reputation section trying to clear their name, only to end up digging themselves further, getting red tags and often other members finding their alts.
Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: lovesmayfamilis on October 08, 2024, 03:26:19 PM I have to account to you for how I write posts and what I do, who determines whether a post is written correctly? you? you're not even a native English speaker, anyway I'll make the post where you say, I don't care, yours is just an abuse of power done to get more merit! People who apologize don't use that tone. :) :-[ Dude, I predict you won't get rid of that tag, but you might get more. The one who comes to the reputation thread suggests checking the account under a microscope. Several alt accounts from your region have already gone silent after being flagged. But you still persist. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: yahoo62278 on October 08, 2024, 07:29:18 PM Hi everyone, for about a couple of days I have been unfairly accused and attacked by a group of users who say that I and other users have used ai, I leave you the link to the discussion: Why do you need AI to write your posts? Why not just use a proof reader? If it's a language thing, just post on your local boards. If you're incompetent and cannot make a sentence, don't post at all. I am not an AI person, so maybe I am missing the point, but feel free to explain to me why you need AI to write your posts.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.3420 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.700 have accused several people, and certainly some of these are guilty of having used AI to write those posts, but I pointed out that I USED AI TO TRANSLATE MY MESSAGES and I did not use it to write the posts, I apologized for this because the AI accidentally modified my posts or some sentences, I also apologized for not having double-checked my posts but those were all posts written by me, I pointed out that as they are tools they are not efficient at all 100% also demonstrating that those who use them to control posts are not efficient, also attaching screens where even the posts made by the reporters were 99% detected, they gave two trusts of which one has been removed and the other is still there on my profile, also I think they do all these reviews on people's profiles to exchange mert and make posts for their campaigns, I apologized but they insist on saying that their tools are 100% reliable, my posts have been manipulated by mistake! The accusations and neutral tag are accurate. The best thing you can is to just accept it and move on, just like you accepted to apologize. Coming to the reputation board to complain and exchanging retaliatory feedback only shows that your apology was not genuine. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: JollyGood on October 08, 2024, 09:38:43 PM After reviewing the links and your post history, I felt the best course of action would be to leave a neutral tag as it seemed most appropriate.
Of course, had you not created this thread you would have not been noticed by many members including myself but since you yourself have invited your account to be scrutinised, it is only fair that you accept the outcomes without complaining. The thread title is inaccurate, it seems changing it from "accusations about the use of ai" to "admission about the use of ai" is more apt. Hi everyone, for about a couple of days I have been unfairly accused and attacked by a group of users who say that I and other users have used ai, I leave you the link to the discussion: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.3420 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.700 Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Botnake on October 09, 2024, 08:30:57 AM Don’t you have a clue?
The evidence is already here: https://loyce.club/archive/posts/6458/64589040.html I’m sure you don’t remember your post saying, "As an AI developed by OpenAI," because that wasn’t you posting. Now it’s pretty clear you’re using AI to reply. What will happen if we all do the same? Just admit your mistake, it's not even red-tagged. Readers will just be cautious (if they check your profile feedback and see that you're using AI to generate posts). Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Lucius on October 09, 2024, 10:03:53 AM I would summarize all this chaos about AI in just one sentence - if you are not capable of writing a simple post without the help of artificial intelligence, then you simply do not belong on the forum. It may sound harsh, but I think most intelligent forum members will agree that they don't want to discuss with chat AI bots, but with real people.
The only somewhat justified use of AI on the forum is when creating images that can be fun and I have nothing against that - everything else should be punished according to the rules for plagiarism. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: memehunter on October 09, 2024, 10:14:13 AM You must have a history of all prompts you gave to the particular AI that you claim to use for translation. Can you post screenshots from your prompt history (I'm sure you wouldn't have deleted it, why would anyone?) showing your original typed post, your prompt, and the output? This would certainly help you gain some trust for your argument.
Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Rikafip on October 09, 2024, 04:10:24 PM @Sg4j1n3ll0 I told you so. Imho, the only way it ends up with you getting just this extra neutral tag is if you lock this thread and hope others forget about your case. :P
After reviewing the links and your post history, I felt the best course of action would be to leave a neutral tag as it seemed most appropriate. File under: accounts that doth protest too much. I'm encouraged by the pushback against AI-written material, from the community in general. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: lovesmayfamilis on October 10, 2024, 09:05:11 AM Thanks for digging up the evidence. I'll add a neutral tag. I really hate this mentality: OP doesn't even bother to read the verbal diarrhea coming from the chatbot, but he wastes other people's time with it. Another example of how someone who uses ChatGPT is so hasty that he doesn't even read what this tool gives him. Look, he quotes all three. No one in these quotes writes in Italian. However, the post is combined into one common quote, after which ChatGPT gives this result. :) Question: Where is the Italian language here? I forgot to highlights that record breaking achievements for Lassiter I think it take time to break that one as like Steph he still active and can add more to his own records, as long as he can still play the game we never know how many more that he can add for this new record, and the good thing breaking that win is against the heavy crowd favorite team, though not a good one as the outcome is totally a blowout game, Like what I've said a massacre where there's nothing Ginebra can do to stop the bleeding, ends up winning for those SMB fans both ML and Handicap. I haven’t seen a consistent three-point shooter like Lassiter in a long time. It's gonna take a while for anyone to catch up, considering we're talking about three-pointers made, not just a lucky four-point play. Lassiter is fortunate to be on such a strong team, giving him more games and chances to rack up those threes. His shooting stroke is something else - he’s a streaky shooter with a fast release, and his game revolves around the three-point line. That’s why he’s hit these crazy stats and now holds the crown as the GOAT of three-point shooting, though not necessarily the GOAT of the game overall. Last night’s game was rough though. I was expecting a closer one, especially since they’re sister teams, but with so many missing pieces, Ginebra didn’t stand a chance. Japeth was their only real shot in the paint, and he couldn’t do it all by himself. Go got injured last game, and Malonzo is still out. Lassiter is lucky that he had Fajardo in the middle to grab those rebounds in case he miss those 3s while Fajardo is also lucky that he had Lassiter waiting in the wings in case there is a double team on him down low, they just complement each others game hehe. Meanwhile, we had two games today and the second game between TNT and Magnolia caught my attention with TNT as a slight favorite and i think they will take this one. My Bet: TNT -3.5 @1.88 vs Magnolia Even though you have written half of your text in Italian, it seems like you're discussing a pivotal basketball player named Lassiter and his extraordinary contributions to the game. According to your comment, he's become the best at three-point shooting, achieving records that will take time to break. His skills, quick mechanics, and the way his game revolves around the three-point line have allowed him to excel and become the "GOAT" of three-point shooting. You also discussed a recent game that was not particularly competitive, with Ginebra missing key players which led to their defeat. Finally, you mentioned an upcoming game between TNT and Magnolia, predicting TNT to win. You asked whether I was an expert in football earlier, but could I assist you with any other information about basketball? Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: JollyGood on October 10, 2024, 09:18:00 AM The OP had one tag for using AI to generate posts and he should have not have brought all the extra attention to himself. He was probably adamant he would have the tag removed by trying to gather support of other members but it failed. In the end, his explanations for using AI are laughable and cannot be taken seriously and he has received more tags.
Maybe "Sg4j1n3ll0" is not the only account he is using therefore will be able to monetise some of the others but it still must be difficult for him when an account he has taken time to build will probably be overlooked by campaign managers. Title: Re: accusations about the use of ai Post by: Sg4j1n3ll0 on October 10, 2024, 09:37:51 AM I'll reply to you all, this is my one and only account that I have, I don't have to answer to you for how much to answer, it was useless to bring reasons with you but I tried anyway, you'll all be friends anyway, there are even accounts with several negative trusts who have come to accuse me most likely to clean up their reputation, but it doesn't matter, I will continue to use my account, with the hope that someone will notice the mistake, peace!
