There seems to be a minor bug when choosing a password. If I try to use the computer generated password it does not work and says I should add at least 1 number when with multiple numbers in the password already. Only when manually typing out the password does it recognize the numbers included in it.

So I was on the site a while ago and the dark theme looked really great for display, I liked that.
Something I didn’t so much enjoy was the ask or should I say dull colour of the game offerings. You’ll find that just below the lobby, it’s looking really dull down there and I think with a little colour, it would make that part come alive.

I guess this is the inspiration of their name and its good catchy name which people could easily remember. Their team is doing good to create something that can give good impression to people. Provably they would test the waters to try hit bigger markets here and if they are consistent towards doing good marketing and promotion then provably that they have a good shot to became a reputable casino just like other top casinos here did.

Maybe I'm wrong in this post, but it seems to me that having two signature campaigns advertising the same casino is not very productive, since if there are 25 participants in the sports betting signature campaign and another 25 participants in the casino signature campaign, there will be fewer people advertising the casino and fewer people advertising sports betting, whereas if the casino makes a signature that has things about casino and sports betting and they put 50 participants, for example, then they will have more exposure.

If they have different products and want to advertise all these products, they can hire signature campaign participants and give these participants freedom to choose which product's signature set to wear. If the company are keen on advertise one product more than others, they can ask participants to subscribe which signature set to use, and the manager will approve or disapprove it with a cap of each signature set.

I don't see it as a big problem in marketing if they want to run signature campaign for some products.

The thing is the extend to sportsbook and casino there should be different code for it were the both sportsbook and casino would have separate codes then whichever any participants feels like to wear then they will apply it on their profiles and nothing much. Again, we are also suggesting that duration and applicant should be increased maybe few more users can be added to increase their visibility that's all.

Having separate signatures for casino and sportsbook isn't something the project owners should bother much about. It is not a popular gesture in the forum. Infact, the only campaign known for this is duelbits, I don't know if others have followed. In terms of a particular campaign running two simultaneous signature campaigns is also rare. The casino I saw who did that till now is Rollbit. Me and you know how established and financially strong these two casinos are..Their standard shouldn't be used as a measuring yardstick for Evo. As a growing casino, Evo has other was to improve and be unique and not to compete in signature dualization.

To me, I don't consider that as an economic plan. If I am an owner of a project and I have budget short, I'll reduce the number of participants or slightly reduce pay and still maintain the number of participants in order to sustain the campaign more. The result of signature campaign is more on the long run and brand familiarity. This is why some casinos have been running signature campaigns no stop for two years. The idea is to make the brand last long in the forum and not to populate the forum.

With not too abundant budget for marketing, it's difficult to maximize effects from marketing campaign by signature. Companies have to analyze what they got from a campaign, but if they start with only intention for a campaign like 2 weeks, 1 month, they will end their campaign after that, because short term campaign won't bring good effects.

Many campaigns ended after several weeks and never restart, but it's understandable that if their budget for marketing is not big, it's hard to continue.

I do not think it is so bad if they do this. I can't think of any negative consequences if they do this unless like you said they do not have any budget for it. Good or bad idea, it depends on budget available for it, and how long you can run campaigns with that budget. If the budget is feasible for one campaign running a long time like 3 months, it's better than use the same budget to run 2 campaigns and each campaign lasts for 1.5 month.

It depends on other things like your business developments, product developments, partnership and the general sentiment of market too. If the sentiment generally is bad, it's not cleverly budget usage for running mulitple campaigns. Campaign length is important for gaining considerable expected effects for their company.

I see discussions in this announcement thread tends to be derail from its main purpose. If it is about signature campaign, you can create a topic for its in Service discussion board, or discuss it in a current signature campaign thread, and inform the team about that thread for follow-up.

It is not surprising but in my country basketball is definitely the most popular one. Imagine that you are working for an odd market provider, and you receive an e-mail from somebody who is not the owner or official/ verified person of a casino. Why do they have to answer you? Well, it is known already, but I don't want to name them all. The BC game is already known for their shitty support system. They take more than two weeks to reply to a single email, and their live support always copy-paste generic replies, which are pre-generated. Also, I played at Crashino about a year ago, and their support is too bad as well. Their withdrawals delays and the support cannot give you any estimate when your withdrawal will be released. There are a couple more but I did not encountered problem personally. So, I don't want to judge them based on others opinion.

You are right sometime ago their support was very slow in responding to messages but it seems they upgraded a lot from that do to the competition and the afraid of losing users because the last time i use their platform was early this year and their live support answered very fast to the question i asked, though that was just one time question and I have not try them again but hopefully I think they have really improved.

Well hopefully you did not just get lucky and caught them at a right time. If they really did take their customers' complaints and used them to improve their services then that would be good and in fact could drive more customers in to their platform since people always want platforms that listen to them and could improve their experiences easily. This should be done by every platform but unfortunately is not.

I really hope they have improved their support system now. But responding to your messages and solving the problems are different things. In most cases, they answer you quickly when you contact them to ask for some kind of information. But when it comes to solving problems like releasing your withdrawals or assisting you with KYC verification or other kinds of issues, they just copy and paste generic answers that are pre-generated on their support software. So, that is the main problem of BC game support. I hope they will fix those problems and hire more support members.

If you feel your account has been limited unjustly, then move on to the next sportsbook instead of complaining. There are so many choices out there. We can't actually list the total numbers of casino who's customer service are really bad at the job. But then I guess over time they do improve out of complains here on their forum threads. And one of the easiest way to reach their customers support faster is through the forum. So if you have complaints that's left unanswered just raise a concern on their thread. I had some issues with my BC game account some time this year, but then all I did was to request through the help of their first campaign manager here on the forum and my issue was resolved in a short time.

If you have to come to the forum to complain about something, it proves that their support was not helpful enough. Otherwise, you wouldn't come to the forum to ask for help. Yes, if you can reach the right person like the campaign manager or someone like holy, then you may get quick response from them and they may fasten the progress and solve your problem quickly.

Yeah true, I think bc.game is a perfect example showing how casino can actually really work on their flaws and also making massive improvement because hatchy not just you but like you many others including myself had some issues and the situation was handled with a little complaint to the right source and I think I know of a couple more casino including monkeytilt which also handled their customer service with a lot more professionalism.

It was recommended multiple times to increase the support team size, but I am not sure if BC game heard any of them.

Most of the scam accusations came to this forum because the support was not helpful enough, and they could not resolve the issue. I believe every victim contact the support first before they come to this forum.

Many of the users may not be involved in the forum, how can they get customer service and how to get a quick solution to their problems if BC game does not perform their service properly. I also believe that only a small percentage of users come to this forum when they have problems with casinos, and they make complaints here. BC poker completely stopped working for me on two occasions when i was in the last 50 of the $500 tournament, which of course requires you to qualify for it in a preceding match. I tried everything obvious like changing browsers, clearing cookies, cache etc and downloading the app, all very stress stress when it was not a million miles off being in the final table which i was confident i was going to achieve, especially in one game where i got kinda lucky early on and had 15x more chips than second place at that stage.

I messaged bc support, obviously fuming, and to say they were unhelpful would be an understatement. They were a disgrace, asking the same question again and again in different ways, telling me i should have used the in-game support function which i still cannot locate to this day. I got very angry, i didnt threaten or anything like that but i did throw some f bombs saying id not be returning to the site after the second time it occurred. The first time i didnt even bother contacting support as i knew what they were like, but it was just out of shear desperation the second time.

The chat ended after being told id receive an update via email. Well i already had a support ticket made earlier that day because i havent received an email from bc in months, so that obviously wasnt going to happen. I explained all this. I may as well have said it to the wall next to me, at least it wouldnt respond with horse-shite.

Ever since that day, ive not gotten a single one of my daily rewards that were due. Now it all shows $0 and my bank, which was far from empty, is also showing $0. Needless to say i havent deposited since, and it has been removed from my bookmarks.

Whether he created the thread only against BCgame or he involved other casinos, does it really matter? What really matters is to discover the truth behind every post. I have been in this forum for a while and I have my reasons of avoiding some politically motivated threads. There are some kinds of unspoken politics or tactics in the forum. When a project hires majority of the DT members to promote them, they are 50% percent sure that they hired armies that will protect their reputation. It was because of that thread and because it also implicated the campaign manager, and those who gave Bc.game positive trust without considering the suspicious circumstances surrounding them. Though that's no reason to consider me as an untrustworthy person, as the main point (that bc.game are selectively scamming and are among the largest culprits of doing this on the forum) is a valid one. I've done nothing to be considered untrustworthy throughout that process and if red tags are being handed out for speaking out against suspicious practices, that's simply unjust.

I think it is because of your thread title, and I feel like you were a little aggressive. You could have presented it well and explained why you do not trust the Bc game. I think you did not get what we are talking about here. We are not talking about any specific scam accusation thread, but a reputation thread against BC game which was created by Bencodie a few weeks ago. Since the thread title was specifically mentioned BC game, and it was looking like he was targeting BC game, the campaign manager of BC game took it negatively and left negative feedback to Bencodie. He might have other reasons or probably had other arguments in different threads, but I am not well aware of anything else. As I said before, I agree with the fact that only small percentage of casino players come to the forum and create scam accusation thread. The real number of victim is more than 5x of what we see.

True. Bitcointalk plays an important role, but only if the casino representative is active and if they care about their forum reputation. If a casino representative is not active and doesn't know anything about the complaints, they won't be able to solve the problem. Also, even if they are active but do not care about their forum reputation, they won't resolve any issues.

As for tagging the account, even if it is obvious that a casino is scamming people, you cannot tag them based on some speculation. You need concrete evidence before you tag them. This is why a lot if casinos get a pass.

The problem is, what about those who don't come here? Foreign speakers, underage players, the privacy focused, the time poor, or simply those who don't even know this forum exists? There are many people who can't join the forum, and those are the real victims in this very elaborate scam.

Honestly sometimes the ANN thread is more helpful than official support. Of course it is still important to contact the casino directly through their designated official support but I feel like for some people it is easier to go to a thread and it is more likely for someone to see it answer.
Another good thing is even if the manager is not that active, members can may be check what possibly is wrong and how can they fix it.

At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.

We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!

Thanks for the reassuring update. You should definitely consider other alternatives so you can keep your brand name clean. You said earlier that you are still in control of the old addresses and can move the coins to the new one when needed. So, if PHFX's issue was because he sent coins to an old address, why didn’t you resolve it when he contacted you? Why did your customer support chose to ignore him?

I understand that the process can take some time, but you could have explained that to him and just asked him to wait. You could have avoided all this mess if you had done so.

The wallet system belongs to a 3rd party, we can manually adjust but once the system goes back to normal it will try to revert and correct everything. Any manual adjustments will only result in duplicates.

Speaking of duplicates, today we found out the wallet system did double entry for deposits to some players, as far back as on 13th!!! We managed to correct some duplicates but most were either withdrawn or lost to game sessions (which is still fine).

Without being sure, I believe that those NFTs will be given based on the loyalty progress and level of the players. Instead of giving you a usual rakeback amount, they will give you an NFT. Based on it, you will probably have more benefits, like a bigger cashback limit. Still, I don't know if there will be a marketplace for them, or if we can only get them through the loyalty system or by a marketplace. I guess we will know soon enough. :)

To answer the question on the reserved NFTs, again it's for our future players. To mint the reserved NFT you will need to reach a certain level, the points you have collected will then allow you to mint 1 NFT for free.

As far as I understand it, all the existing clients will get an NFT based on their loyalty points. Or no? There will be reserved NFTs for those who want to join at a later stage/ time. However, if someone wants to mint those reserved NFTs, they can do it if they reach a certain level with the points that they have, and it will be for only one NFT.
So, as an example, I will get an NFT as an existing client based on my loyalty score, and if I reach a specific level, I will have the opportunity to mint another one from the reserves. I'm on the right track, or I get it all wrong? ::)

Thx man, and I truly wish all the players had the same luck with me on this. However, with so many choices around, it's not so easy to find a slot that can make a click and pay you. As you said, Lady Luck can touch you at any time in any game. ;)


You are right, nobody can win all the time or from the first run. I usually played on Pragmatic slots, and I get some nice multis over time. Then I saw some fellow gamblers who insist on playing on NoLimit slots, and I said to try them out, and to be honest, I like them more than Pragmatic. Eventually, it seems that "they" like me as well!
