Title: MandyCalmDown: Yet another Shuffle.com Scam accusation of unjust enrichment Post by: SupItsJTTV on November 05, 2024, 12:16:45 AM They know they’re fucked because of people like me and her
It’s illegal to gamble for personal reasons but legally as a business entity is a completely different situation This is advantaged play aka affiliate marketing They generally include things like incentivized bonuses such as leaderboards or reloads or code vouchers You can’t transmit money on other peoples behalf or anything crazy but you can certainly drive traffic and resources legally from by providing services or subscriptions So this KYC argument that providers do are really fucked up because they know this and look away until later on like this and decide it’s cheaper to tell someone fuck off than keep them on because the players they already recruited should count for life of the traffic generated income. So she’s made a minimum of $375,000 and lost 300k of it, is expecting im guessing 200k in $SHFL airdrop. Just wow please arreest these people and pull their license. https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1853250328902459722 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1853219529847128150 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1852801681240850656 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1852804847101477262 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1852802989687554107 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1849472565552841007 https://x.com/BeCoolMandy/status/1849236795101430248 https://x.com/bic_coin_fire/status/1853591695067418920 Title: Re: MandyCalmDown: Yet another Shuffle.com Scam accusation of unjust enrichment Post by: InverseGaming on November 05, 2024, 01:11:34 AM OP: take a minute to read over Shuffle’s T&Cs. Or any sites for that matter. They specifically state that they can ban a player at anytime for any reason. Shuffle is very specific about that with their affiliate program. Same is true for their airdrops.
I know the player you’re referring to and she was an incredibly toxic player. I’m assuming Shuffle didn’t want to be associated with that. In fact, that player has been notoriously banned from many well known casinos or muted at the very least. In fact, that player has been notoriously banned from many well known casinos or muted at the very least. I’m very well aware of the terms however when you enter into a business relationship e.g. affiliate referrals is where these terms no longer apply to average players. Shuffle could mute Mandy and others like they did to me Shuffle can limit support to absuive people which they love to do for no reason after their bad employees scammed someone Shuffle could make a wallet connect and allow players to still collect their earnings without gambling Shuffle could ask for KYC docs before partnering with any affiliate even for %1 commission but they choose not to in order to have expectations of valid account closures But in very bad faith those choose to ignore these problems because they benefit much more when they do, and rather than hiring professionals who’s conduct is not questionable they again choose to allow these cock suckers free reign to treat people like dumpster fires Also, this is overwhelmingly the thing that I see is operators specifically allowing partnerships to evolve while looking away from their own participation in the scheme. A person must knowingly deceive shuffle or otherwise cheat them in their partnership with them for any sort of valid counterclaim, but again they ignore these things so they can then pick and choose who to scam and when to scam them. Just like how porterRobinson is very toxic just not in the chat, he definitely is the most toxic person that I know outside of shuffle, and like them he promises people things he never intended to deliver and rather than fixing this they like to make excuses about terms which change literally daily to suit their own needs and excuse toxic scamming illegal and criminal acts that include money laundering, wire fraud, hacking, and a whole lot of other shit like pigbutchering and credit card fraud. Anything to make a buck I suppose some people have no moral compass. We can do anything with your money.. ban you, or any shit.. no problem. Free market. So let's make this apply to both of us. I wonder if more accusations/allegations will be made in the coming days.
