Hello OP, I have question regarding shipping address. Today I tried to order one book from Amazon, but field "Shipping address" allowed me just the option "United states".

Is your service limited just to United states? If it is so, do you plan to broaden the service to EU countries?

OP, I get that you are trying something new here with your service, but a 10% commission sounds steep. Maybe you could try it out at 5% first though. Like a promotional period.  See if you still get takers and cover your costs.  If it works without issues and once you establish a reputation, the fee could gradually increase if needed. People will probably stay and accept higher fees down the line.

Just my 2 cents! Gotta be flexible when trying something new.  Start low and go slow.  Build that trust first.  Then I can swallow the steeper rate once I've seen the value.

I appreciate the feedback, we do have a membership that brings the commission down to 0. I will think about lowering the fee, that being said we have a fairly large member base already. This is just a new forum I was announcing it to that I have not so far. However I can work in a discount for bitcointalk folk if you message me I will send you a discount code.

This is great for many people in the US, if they expand to the EU they will surely have many customers, having as a basis that they can enjoy discount coupons is something that may sound very good to many ears.

Because now the US is taking a great interest not only in the  BTC and crypto part but I am sure that businesses will have many more views and more interest, I think they have launched the service at the right time, the discount coupons are a great incentive.

I would agree here that a 10% fee is quite expensive. I'm pretty sure there are other, but also cheaper, options. At the same time, I think that the moment a good reputation is established, there is no need to increase the service fee, because the larger number of users and transactions will compensate for the necessary profit for the business.

KYC wise, we have no requirements and that wont change.
I have had no KYC or fund tracing on btcpostage.com for coming on to 10 years and the same will apply to zellix.com

I think there is similar service that works with amazon and it uses monero for payment, but I heard that service has some issues.
Maybe you should also include more privacy payment options in Zellix, including monero (if not already accepted).
Serving only US customers and 10% is a no go for me to try this service.

What happens in case if some order is not delivered or it comes damaged?

As mentioned we are expanding and the 10% can easily be avoided with our membership.

The only other ones I know of use gift cards or even fraud, its cheaper yes but as you mentioned it comes with its downsides.

We are doing this very official so returns, no shows, damaged products and anything else are no problem at all we can get them replaced or refunded. Similar process as with amazon directly.  

It is nice seeing that your service announcement thread is very active here, I believe this would create avenue for the community to interact with the Zellix team and organization to further build the product with more features and development as it relates business growth and publicity.

It is normal that every organization always put up their terms and conditions of services and policy for members to see before continuing any further with registration on their website. As a matter of fact, members here are always curious about it and would want to have knowledge of what they are signing up for and using their services so that they do not go against the organizations policy.  I recently signed up for your services and could not see any. It would be nice you work on this aspect of it so that the traffic would keep coming in for your services.

I had to create an account on your platform, on the user account where one can view their dashboard, the search engine there we have the " search for an ASIN or paste an Amazon link", I copied the link to the item I want to buy on amazon and paste it to search engine but it does not display anything of that nature or am I getting it wrong? I would also advice that you can make a short video on your website on how to make a purchase through your website as that would help a bit to save visitors the stress of being confused.

I didn't say they work exactly the same way, but one of them (if not both) works with Amazon like you do.
Another advantage is that you can earn coins using monezon and their service is already available and working in many countries outside United States.
Like I said before, they have their own issues and flaws.

That's a very applaudable change in commission fees. Great job! I honestly didn't expect you would lower them that much. Some other services where you can purchase Amazon gift cards (won't mention and advertise their names here) charge their clients commission fees of 7-8% if you take into account the exchange rate they provide to swap crypto for fiat. I thought you would drop them to those numbers.

Perhaps in the future when you add support for EU purchases and such fees remain, I can test your service to see how it goes.

I love the idea of buying things from Amazon with crypto but it will be good if this service will not be limited to US citizens.
By the way, can you explain how this service work behind the scenes? I checked the FAQ and About Us page but didn't find answer on this question. What I mean exactly is that what happens when I want to buy a thing from amazon, does individual who works in your company buys it with his/her account and ships to my address? Or is this process done more formally? I ask this because if I use your service and your account gets tagged, then Amazon might block my shipping address and I won't be able to use it.

It's more official, working with an official amazon 3rd party API provider we place orders using what ever info you give us.
There are no unauthorized 3rd parties involved like other platforms. That is also why we can process refunds and all other requests same as if you order from amazon directly.

The funds used to pay amazon go trough the approved 3rd party and are clean funds from our bank account.
Nothing fishy or anything that could raise a red flag. 


For the US part we are actively working on it, since its all done by the books its sadly not as easy as just pushing a button to turn on other countries.

We are waiting for the designer to provide the fees updated section. Once it is ready the ann topic will be updated to reflect the recent change.

If I may ask, which service do you use to convert BTC to fiat, or at least where does the current value of Bitcoin come from when using your service? It's not just the 2% here, it's known that many (especially smaller) exchangers often themselves have deviations of several percent in the Bitcoin exchange rate compared to CMC or the strongest exchanges.

At first I thought the Shipping address option on Zellix already supported many countries, like on Amazon.
Maybe in the future, Zellix can also support countries in Asia, including Indonesia.

Most of the responses to the thread have been to lower the rate by 10%, but sometimes you have to consider many other expenses that are not contemplated here, and you have to see that setting up a business or having a service is not very easy, maybe that is why it is difficult sometimes to offer a discount for everyone, but sometimes I have seen sites that do it but the quality of the service is bad, with Zellix it is different, because I am someone who pays for quality and for the security of my order being safe.

That was a fast one from you and your team which is very commendable but I am yet to see the update on your website with respect to terms and conditions of service. I can see clearly your all rights reserve but no privacy policy. How long would it take to be put up for potential client to see what is obtainable in engaging with your services so they do not make any mistake while buying through your website. I think this is not too much to demand for as it could protect both parties whenever a transaction is ongoing and lastly,  what is the maximum amount one can transact with through your services and also the things that could be acquired through your website which you could conveniently purchase and ship to the address that would not call for attention from anywhere.

I really liked the update, especially the blue box where they say that they have added this fee for this Christmas,  I think it is a very striking advertisement, I liked that approach.

Regarding the cryptocurrencies they accept, I think it is a very good variety, but I have seen that there are many Solana enthusiasts, many are accumulating Solana, so you cannot add that crypto. I am just saying so that Solana customers can also see the ease.

The countries we are expanding to in the EU first funny enough is the UK and DE we will need one or two people in each country to test it out when we are done so if you are willing to and either get some xmas candy from us for free or want to place an order while we wave the fees so we can test it please reach out to me.

Regarding the KYC yes its KYC free and the max spend on one transaction is $9999. The biggest single transaction we have processed so far was for just over $7000

Only a 2% fee for a purchase made using cryptocurrencies for an item available on Amazon is highly economical, and I'm serious about this. This means that if I buy a product worth $200, I will only have to pay $4 as the fee for paying for it using Bitcoin or USDT. This is amazing; Zellix is providing us with the platform we have always wanted as crypto users because now we can shop online efficiently using cryptocurrencies.

Companies like this make a partnership with payment providers like Coinbase, so when you buy something and pay with Bitcoin, when you send it to the generated address, it automatically will be converted by payment provider into USD and the process will be stable for the company. This is the least of the worries for businesses these days. They do not wait for your transaction approval to buy it, they should have a reserve of money.

According Royce's post, you are going to add EU in your business and that's very good, hope to see it in EU. It's good that you consider suggestions from users. I also think that it will be nice if you'll work privacy oriented delivery in the future. For example, lockers, you'll have lockers stored in different cities and different areas, users rent a locker, amazon bought products get delivered to that locker, user pays money for the locker and takes the parcel without revealing their address.

Can you just deliver packages to Amazon lockers directly, they are available in Europe.

Perhaps Zellix could add user account security using 2FA, such as confirming via email when logging in on a new browser or by using an authenticator application.

For refunds, right now its processed manually. After the refund is approved by amazon, in the case you presented that the seller cancels the order the refund is approved right away, if its a buyers request we have to wait for amazon to process it fully. We than refund you the crypto to your wallet.
