Not surprising, Ukraine is in a total state of chaos with the revolution and now the Russians fucking around in Crimea. I bet there's a lot of people getting away with stealing anything from mail packages to huge tracts of land, kind of like what happened when the Soviet Union fell apart in Russia.

Could you translate what you posted? Then again, this is April 1. It would have been a funnier joke if there was a translation included though. As it stands, only the Russians get it.

It's obvious that it's not a joke.

Explanation: Joke must include something unexpected or untruthful... Theft and Misuse of state property is not unexpected or untruthful in the Ukraine. It will be a joke if these food wouldn't appear on the market.

I don't have a problem with someone selling this stuff. We are not talking entire train loads.
Greed exists even in times of war so whats different ?

Even if there would be a war, it's a state property. So it seems that somebody decided to make some quick money through selling some stuff without being owner... In California it would be enough for 1 year county jail and $1000 fine, for example. ::)
