"Walk away from Bitcoin"
"Bitcoin exchanges are a Casino and will be classified as a Casino" (which means they will be banned)

PBOC has also refused to DENY their Bitcoin Ban, previously they always responded immediately. People here think communist country like China will recognize Bitcoin and pat you all on the back for being Liberty loving peasants :D

Duh! This PBOC stuff remands me when Allan Greenspan was in the office. Something like: "Today Greenspan felt asleep during the meeting with bankers. This is a strong sign to sell" or "Today Greenspan was awake during the meeting. This is a good sign to buy". Or "Greenspan farted during live interview with CNN - this is a sign to panic sell!"

Start to read his first posts and you will find out he don't have much money.
If you read more you will find out he lost a lot in altcoins.
If you read further in his post history, you will find out he suffers failure after failure.
Ask yourself why would a looser predict doom and end of BTC?
If he predicts BTC will reach 1000 dollar, you better sell your coins, because he is always wrong.
Always bet against him and you are safe  :)

Anyhow. This post of coindesk is good news. China is not banning Bitcoin. Now it is clear. China is just not seeing Bitcoin as a currency and don't want banks to handle it. But bitcoin exchanges can handle it!

Are threads like this able to be locked or deleted?  Clearly he's just trying to stir it up, not speculation at all.  Pretty easy to see the article he is referencing as "new news" is from 2+ weeks ago.

Yes but I wonder why people like this is still around bitcoin world. I guess they are:

1 - Poor people that thinks to make (little, I bet) money trying to buy cheap;
2 - system slaves trying to spread FUD around crypto world.

In both case they are absolutely worthless. They're all in my ignore list since they don't have absolutely nothing interesting to say.
