Title: Chicago Investment REAL ESTATE for sale for BITCOIN
Post by: beckeswins on April 01, 2014, 12:57:07 AM
Hi all, brand new on the forum but long time believer in BTC (and long time libertarian/anarcho-capitalist for what it's worth)....

I am looking to sell two brick 2-unit residential investment properties located in Chicago for BTC.  They are both recently rehabbed, rented with good tenants, bringing in approx $1k/month rent each unit (2 units per building), and managed by a quality property management company that you could keep if you wanted to keep it a passive investment.

One I would have to convert at least a portion to USD at closing to pay off a bank loan, but the other I would take possession of the BTC, in case that matters to you. (Keeping BTC in the ecosystem instead of selling a relatively large asset just to dump the BTC for fiat, driving down price of BTC).

This could be a great way for someone who recently made a small fortune in BTC appreciation to diversify your investment and bring in some USD each month without selling your BTC.  I found a title company that can facilitate BTC real estate transactions and there are a few escrow services available as well.  Looking for approximately $165k USD equivalent of BTC each or I could do $300k USD equivalent for both as a package.  Reasonable offers will be considered.

Please share with others that may be interested. More info available for those with serious interest.

Thanks for your time!!!
