Title: Looking for Coin Dev for revival of a coin Post by: wsxdrfv on December 27, 2024, 12:20:07 PM Hi.
This is Bitcoin Essence, https://github.com/leegod/BitcoinEssence (https://github.com/leegod/BitcoinEssence) Firstly, worked well at 2018~2020 around, but after got listed on first exchange, got very very low price, then hacker appears and fucked the chain and got tons of false coins and sold it. So moved to another chain, but after no updates so far. Anyone can revive this coin source? I think this need to be updated to newest bitcoin-litecoin source code, prevent hacking, then continue the block chain network mining and the explorer. I am starter of this coin and I mined 25% of this coin at first for dev, marketing purpose, I can give major portion of coin to who can help me. Thanks. Contact me plz. wsxdrfv (at) hanmail (dot) net Telegram @wsxdrfv (Say me "from the bitcoin forum" when first connect to telegram) Title: Re: Looking for Coin Dev for revival of a coin Post by: robelneo on January 02, 2025, 03:55:00 PM Questions:
Why would you revive it after seven years? Is it because we are in a bull run and it has a chance in the market now? The market and industry scenario are very different now compared to seven years ago. What will it bring to the market in the age of memes. NFT and AI? Be honest with your intention. I just sensed you just want a cash cow this bull season. am I right or am I right? And I am sure no one is also willing to revive this coin if you already mined 25% of the total supply of this coin. You can only maybe make a fork coin of this if you are hiring someone to do this and make new coin based on the open-source you linked above. I can't remember a popular coin now that was revived, and to think its been seven years and its a clone, are you going to create a new roadmap or a whitepaper on this? Its going to be very challenging than creating a token from a popular chain, and I doubt if you can attract a coin developer to work on reviving a coin that will accept a portion of the revived coin. I recommend that you get a fresh idea and do a fresh start, investors' preferences is very different now compared seven years ago. |
