http://multidoge.org/ It is like the bitcoin multibit wallet and only downloads a few MB of data, which is much better than 2GB+ for the doge blockchain. It's not quite as secure as the Qt wallet but it's still pretty secure. There was a doge reddit competition to design a light weight wallet and this was one of the winners.
