Post by: markinaz on January 23, 2025, 04:34:26 PM
I just read they released a Bitcoin Yo Yo:

So far the best deal I found was:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/335521423125

Enjoy!  I just ordered one.

got one from walmart a few years back - they were released by a forum member - forget the name, but the same guy that did the figpins, the pez dispensers, the foam Bitcoin B's and some other products --- unless I am mistaken.

still on walmart - but the ebay ones are cheaper

Very cool, I guess I missed the original post here. Thanks for the info, very cool backstory.

I really don't want to be a collector of stuff like this.  Still, who can resist iconic things with Bitcoin logos?  I guess I'll put this next to my Pez dispenser and pile of Bitcoin related goods.  I'm becoming a sucker for anything made by a real company with a Bitcoin logo for some strange reason.  I feel like I'm collecting baseball cards as a kid again hoping to get rich holding onto a rookie card while unknowingly companies are mass manufacturing things as collectibles that probably never will be.  Oh well.  Got me again.  Some lessons are harder learned than others I guess.  Yo-Yo inbound.

Damn this is dope
! Limited edition products like this are always the best. I just ordered two so I can display one next to my little pez dispenser and then also a second so I can whip that bad boy out from time to time

The Yo Yo has arrived in all its glory. I would probably be tempted to pull it out and play with it, but my Yo Yo skills aren’t exactly locked in so it is less of a temptation than one might think. Still, a cool piece of memorabilia and a glaring sign of how far we’ve all come. Bitcoin has gone mainstream. Who would have thought?
