 I have been using bcgame from almost 3 years now never faced any difficulty while depositing or withdrawing my money. On 18th of Jan  i tried withdrawing some usdt from my bc account and after sometime the funds were returned to the wallet when i tried withdrawing them my withdrawal option was disabled i got in touch with bc live support the told me to complete my kyc . I completed the kyc process which was verified successfully. But the withdrawal option was still disabled. I got in touch with bc live support again they told me to wait for 2 hours . When i visited the bcgame two hours later i had been logged out of my bc game account when i tried logging in it started showing error 4001 i got in touch with live support again they told me send an email to support@bc.game i sent that as well but i haven't received any response since then. My username on the site is Dsdzpbltjyb and my user id is 8381945. Please help me out.

I'll bring this to my contact awareness once I can reach them [currently trying to catch their attention] and inquire about what happened. I understand correctly that both KYC are passed? Can you please provide any screenshot that can help substantiate the accusation so I can add it to the list on my next update?

About what image is needed, the page that shows both KYC got verified will be nice, but I assume that's not possible as you're locked out. So perhaps the image that shows you can't log in and it shows error 4001? Or perhaps you got some email from them regarding this situation?

 No sir, i have'nt misused anything on bc site. Nor do i have multiple accounts this was my onky single account . Yes, i had some refferals  on my bc account. But those accounts belonged to my friends, relatives. I do not own any of those accounts. If you need any other clarifications i can provide you everything you want me to provide you. Help me out with the situation. Please i don't want to lose my bc account.

Is anyone (relatives? ::) in your home using the same internet/wifi? if so, that could happen. I am not sure, but...

I have somehow managed to reach Gold 28 level i can't loose my Bc account please return my bc account to its original condition. Its an request i won't ever allow anyone to use wifi at home. And i didn't know that could lead to my account locking. Reset the account to its original state.....Please

And these relatives, they signed up using your referral link? Aside from sharing your wifi, do they happen to also access their account from your PC or phone?

No, they don't use my phone. But sometimes used my phone's hotspot.

Yes sir, they had signed up through my refferal code please do something so that i can have my level 28 bc account back. I didn't knew that letting them use my wifi would be a problem for me . If i knew i would never let them use my wifi hotspots.
Do help me please . I have plenty of refferals on this account but not all of them used my wifi.....if you want to just cancel the refferal benifits but please give access to ny bc account.

Well, I love your efforts towards this case and I actually wanted to go straight to say they were using same internet protocol before I have to read down to see if same thing has been answered. Realistically it's extremely bad for an account operator to keep using their referral code to share with love ones at home who happens to be using same WiFi or LAN with them, when this is noticed the casino or gambling site would have no options than to mark those account as multiple accounts since they are all connected through same LAN or WiFi.

I think op did that to help himself boost and gets to the next level without knowing the effects on doing that, though he could be right because at times we might get thrilled with it without knowing it could have effect on their account but whenever the casino notices something like this they don't mind restricting such profile (all) provided it's against their ToS.

Do refferals increase level? .......i think the level system on bc game is wager based not refferal based. Although, i just want my bc account back even if they cancel my refferal benifits. I apologise and wasn't known about the fact that reffering someone in your family can be this bad and lead to account being locked. I request BcGame to return my account to original condition and if they want to cancel the refferal benifits they can do so. I just need my 28 level bc account thats all i need. Please do help me to out of this situation.

Have you ever know how stringent casinos and gamble site took their ToS? Whatever that is written on their ToS are hardly to be reversed except they would have to review their overall ToS to adjust some of the things inside there other, whenever they give their words I don't think anything could be done to suits you. But just hope they restore back you account and from their representative answer there is every slime chances for your accounts to get restored.

What can i do now. Can you please suggest me something that can help me?......i wasn't aware of the fact. If i knew this could happen. I wouldn't have ever reffered someone using my refferal link. Also please tell me what Tos is?

Umm... basically it leads to a list of ToS [Terms of Service] that you've agreed upon sign up. If I may help point out one that you clearly breach, is

Though I am somewhat sure I can "sweet-talk" my contacts about things, it is something that I --unfortunately and obviously-- will not do for your case as I won't abuse my relationship with my contact for a case of a clear-cut abuse. You're in the wrong here by --accidentally or not and whether they're really your "relatives" instead of yourself-- referring to your relatives, as well as creating multiple accounts from one IP.

If it is a case where something is still ambiguous and they made a footing on a decision, I can try to ask them to reconsider; for example have them to re-review a total PnL of a player, see if they're in overall loss and can be made "eligible" for some compensation, or to re-address a case where they've firmly say their decision is final.

Not to mention that if I get them to be lenient on your situation, it'll open a can of worms where others will ask for the same treatment. Which, clearly, not a trouble I want to start.

Plus... as I walk through the affiliate terms and agreement [this is the first time I read BC's], I found out that your case can actually be more severe:

So, unfortunately, it might be wise that you just admit that you made a terrible mistake, rule it as a bad decision in your life, and move on? There are other casinos that you can play with... suppose you didn't also refer your "relatives" there already.

 I am very thankful to you sir.......and i don't want to ruin your relationship with your contact on BcGame but atleast try just once and talk about reconsideration of their decision by looking up on my PnL status that might help. And i didn't knew that this thing can land me into such big problem and i have wagered alot to reach this level that is why i am very needful of this BcGame account. As we previously mentioned, we can not reinstate any of your accounts.

And OP, Dsdzpbltjyb, that is the result of me arguing with my contact for several minutes.

I believe we're reached a moot point where a conclusion can actually already withdrawn, with this considered as a clear cut of abuse, which you kinda admitted, and they've made their decision about this case clear. Twice.

Sorry that I can't force them to reinstate the account, but I can understand their POV. Like I said, can of worms where other will demand same treatment.

If you have nothing more to say, and as the whole situation already being straighten up, can you please mark this as resolved and lock this thread? I'll reflect it to my list.
