Just curious, how did you manage to get 33 bitcoins? Were you consistently buying over time, or was there a different strategy? Also, how many years did it take you to accumulate that amount? And the big question, when are you planning to sell and enjoy the profit? Sorry for the many questions, hehe, I’m just really curious, especially since you mentioned hitting rock bottom before, and now you’re holding over $3 million worth of Bitcoin.

I can write that I have 333 BTC or any other number that comes to mind, but it will still be just a made-up story - just like yours. If for some reason (although I don't see why) you want to prove that you have 33 BTC in your possession, then sign a message from your BTC address where you keep them.

I kept buying everytime it dipped 7% in 48 hours ( this worked wonders )

Having said that, make sure you haven't doxxed yourself on this account - there are horror stories of people getting kidnapped and tortured for their BTC.

I can say that I have 50 bitcoins, any of us here can say how many bitcoins they have even if it's not really true. Now, if you ask me, I think that's just your story so that there's something to talk about in this section. Because honestly, most members on this forum don't just believe the posts of others here.

Especially in this post of yours, you haven't even shown any proof that what you're saying is true. The proof you can show is when you started saving bitcoin until you reached 33 bitcoins. I don't have any personal anger towards you, I'm just saying how I feel. If that's true, then congratulations to you, but I don't really believe that you have that amount. Unless you show proof.

I have seen so much trolling and so much lying on the forums over the years that I don't believe it. Why are you announcing it as celebrating 33 bitcoins? Why not when you reached 10, or 21?


This is basically what I think too. Besides the fact that if I had reached 33 bitcoins today the last thing I would think of is ‘celebrating’ on this forum.

This way you prove that you are telling the truth - otherwise everything you wrote is just a fabrication. As far as I'm concerned, you're acting like a kid who wants attention on a Saturday afternoon - and in an hour or two you'll be asking your parents for some money for an evening out.

I understand that you are very happy today. But you also have to be determined that the news is not something to be shared with everyone. You should always keep your own happiness safe and private. I hope all your dreams come true.

You don't rant about your finances especially when you want to call numbers in your rant. If you have actually achieved your goal congratulations to you but this sort of information about some specific you pointed out aren't important.

But what would have been important is for you to go deeper in the scams you experienced so that someone here can avoid that sort of scam in the future.

You went through some challenges in you path to accumulate Bitcoin. It is good to know that you were able to overcome them and acquire such an amount of Bitcoin. I have never been scammed or lost any coin; I am grateful for that. But you are putting yourself in greater danger by announcing how much you have acquired. Recently there was news of the kidnap of Ledger wallet owner in France David Balland and his wife and there are also other stories of armed robbery attack of Bitcoin holders. I will suggest you keep your coin secret and live a modest life.

Truth is worth nothing, when you own BTC you don't want approvals of other, i wrote this post to celebrate and share my milestone.

Signing a message from my wallet, requires some effort.

So unless you bet on it 5000$ or more, if m caught lying everyone will flag me as spam, if i won you send me the money after i sign message, otherwise i am happy in my bed on Saturday afternoon.

Never trust your friends with bitcoin, never sell your bitcoins to help someone out - even if they say they gonna payback next day !


Another scam is using non famous exchange, a local Indonesian exchange shut its operations and never repayed me.

Another thing is i invested 20+ BTC into a scam project, named refereum.com and i lost about 95% on that investment

Thats true for sure, no millionaire goes around shouting to the public what
they own or how much they are worth but for here and now riverdip is fairly anonymous.

riverdip has to be congratulated if the OP is the case because this has happened
or parts of it have happened to many people and it can be difficult to get back

I have been scammed, but I never loaned Bitcoin to anyone but I was able to get
back what I lost and yes it took hard work and lazer focus!

That's madness, if I must use that word, because 33 Bitcoin is roughly over $3.4 million dollars at the time of writing this post, with it's current price rate of $104,000 per BTC.

Well, I do not believe it is impossible for an individual to own that many bitcoins, but coming out publicly to disclose how much you own is not a wise thing to do. There have been many stories circulating on the internet about criminal attempts on bitcoiners and other crypto enthusiasts, and this happens partly because of actions like the one OP just exhibited.

Owning 33+ bitcoins is a big deal, but nobody really cares except you and thieves who would stop at nothing to steal all or part of the money. So be wise and try not to be a victim. Keep your excitement to yourself, I repeat, nobody really cares.

Congratulations on achieving this great milestone but what are you going to gain from making this public? Will it increase your alleged 33+ BTC bag?
If not, why are you endangering your life and the people around you despite all the news going around about how Bitcoin enthusiasts are attacked, and killed because of their portfolio?

It is not impossible, there are folks at there that have such amount and even more than 33 BTC in their portfolio,  we can't actually tell if op truly have such amount of BTC or not . Because in all the numbers why 33 , so I won't waste my time trying to figure out if op lying or not.

The only thing I will say is that, op try to focus more on privacy because saying the amount of BTC stash you have in public ain't safe at all even telling it to your love once ain't safe either so try and focus on privacy too, you will definitely need it aslong you are in this space .

In what year all this shits happened? You have been scammed and lent Bitcoin to someone that ghosted you till now. How did you do it from then till now and what strategy did you use to accumulate Bitcoin from 1btc to 33btc?

Thank you for the encouragement dude, but 33btc is not a piece of cake, you have to be a lot disciplined and give so much focus on your goal. But tell me, how did you do it? I mean how did you surpass all those temptations without even selling a portion of your bitcoin when bull run was on the side happening? I know the journey was a hard and tough one, but you proved it all that the rewards is always bigger than what you have sacrificed. Hope to make it big also with bitcoin soon, maybe I should be more patient and goal-oriented then, enough not to be tempted even if others are already in panic selling.

Congratulations to you. The majority even just dream of owning 1 BTC nowadays and even less than that because of its price. But you, you did endured a lot of things and for sure with whatever you have, all of the experience that you've been through can be said as worth it. So whether this is for real or not, only you knows what you really have and I'm happy to see people owning that much Bitcoin but they're right. You may not gain anything from making up this story, but at the same time, it will not cost you a thing if you can satisfy everyone's curiosity about this claim of you owning 33BTC which is somewhat of a big amount for anyone in this community so for sure we will get more excitements if you can back up your claims with a few proves, e.g maybe a screenshot of your prove of ownership or just by signing a message from the wallet holding those bitcoins of yours, doing that will build good understanding and trust for you and the story, not that is anyone business if you own 33 Bitcoins or not.

i would advice you to lie to yourself that you make only half of your salary,
buy on every big dip (i bought every time it fell by 7% or more),
and most importantly watch twitter ( watch every news and try to not carried away with FOMO )

Wow! You must be so proud that you end up shouting how much btc you have in your portfolio which I think is not really a good thing to do since it will attract a lot of scammers around. There must be also someone out there who has been hodling higher amount of btc, but they chose to keep it in private, that's one thing that I want you to realize.

But nevertheless, I'm happy to hear that you finally made it. By the way, how many btc that you are supposed to earn all throughout your life? My only advice is, do not just buy and hold, but take time to sell as well so you will serve the purpose also why you have invested in the first place.

That's a great achievement already. Owning a BTC is already life-changing. And with that amount, you could have generational wealth. Just like you, many of us here need to cash out and withdraw some for our needs and it's still a lot, to be honest, we all have the same story that we should have got more but yours is more than enough. I think you have plans to accumulate some more but if not, be wise on how you will retain that for the rest of your life.

Ok, even OP does not own 33+ Bitcoins. I believe what he/she experienced is very common to us, and most of us can relate for sure. Especially in "Lost coins to scams or "trusted" people?"
From my own experience, I scammed multiple times before in some HYIP platforms, it was when I was starting to introduced in Bitcoin, I lost a lot of Bitcoin because I use them to convert into some random cryptocurrencies too.

If you want to share your story with people you should share the "journey" not the "destination" because people don't really care how much bitcoin you own. What they care about is how exactly you managed to accumulate that, what jobs did you do, where you got the first money, what were the prices you bought at, how long it took, and stuff like that.

When you just talk about the "destination" you get the multiple comments where others doubt your claim and your motivation for sharing the story in first place...

A successful method of Bitcoin accumulation can help others to learn and apply it for their Bitcoin investment journey too. A method can be shared with others, and help them to gain similar success but different people have different capital resource for investment, so their portfolios are different in value so is their success.

You’re not alone on that “journey,” lol. I’ve been in the same situation before, I trusted a lot of altcoins and ended up selling some of my Bitcoin. Over the years, I’ve actually earned more than 100 BTC, but I couldn’t hold on to all of it because I kept experimenting with altcoins and withdrawing Bitcoin here and there. Now, I’m back to accumulating Bitcoin for the future, though I’m still a bit more aggressive with altcoins. They’ve got huge growth potential, but yeah, the risk is definitely there.

It's pretty hard to believe since it's a really big amount. Plus, knowing the price evolution, I'd say you could have been easily coming out years ago to brad about, let's say, 25 BTC (yes, I've taken into account even the fact that if you had BTC to lend at 4k, then you most probably had quite a stash already in 2019).

However, congrats and make sure you don't brag too often, too open, so you don't get you or your loved ones into unnecessary troubles.

Whether if that is true or fake, I congratulate to you for your 33 Bitcoins. It is not easy to accumulate those 33 Bitcoins especially when the price is already increased. But you did that and now have that amount of Bitcoins.

Yes, we are still trying to achieve our goals no matter if that is hard because we believe of what we do. We don't want to stop because we almost be there.

My suggestion is keep your Bitcoin in hidden and not even tells that you own 33 Bitcoins or talk about Bitcoin. Just keep it for yourself and enjoy your profit when the time is comes.

If it is earned through dip buying only then what's so special in 33+
You would have achieved it systematically. Like 1+, 5+, 10+, 15+ etc.

i think the moon for me will continue to get farther and farther away the closer step i take towards it meaning the moment i get 1 btc i would want to get 2 more and so on i am with bitcoin forever and i do not think my acquisition of bitcoin will ever stop

Should I have invested in BTC from the start but what can I do, everything has happened and I don't need to regret it. It is very painful to be scammed by a friend who was initially quite convincing after I entered and bought the coin that was created and listed on the usual exchange (But my story is not BTC but another coin) it is not much dissapear around 700 dollars but until now it is dead and there is no movement and is still on the exchange with a vol of 0.

Wow, now that is a huge feat OP, congrats. I also wonder how you made your millions. I just finished Breaking Bad so literally anything is possible in my mind right now as far as where the source of success comes from for just about everyone, where it really comes from haha. i somehow see this as a made up story because anyone can come up with any figure of bitcoin which might not be true, after all there is no prove to backup the claim, of course anyone can come up with a cooked up story like yours to gain attention. if you think you are being truthful here can you provide the transaction ID for confirmation. people that have large quantity of bitcoin don't flunt it. then if this is true then there is no need to bring it here but rather keep it to yourself.

Nahh, they're just trying to meet their post quota. Who in the right mind would share that he's holding up to 33 Bitcoin? Pure bullshit, and why 33? The excuse of it being his lucky number doesn't cut it. He would at least have showed his Bitcoin address, but instead, he's yapping to everyone else who oppose him and asks for money to sign a message, which takes literally a few minutes at most. I usually don't believe people who claim to own this or that, but when it comes to large numbers like a million $ or more worth of something, it's 99.9% of times total bullshit. Your story has no proof of truth, no teaching, no inspiring message. You haven't even mentioned how you protected yourself from fraud or scams, which could teach others something. Not really matter how safe you may think your country is, regardless, don’t tell how much you are holding. However, not only in the forum, especially outside the forum, don’t tell anyone how many bitcoins you are holding. The amount of bitcoin you said you are holding is not a small amount of money, and this is another reason why you should be very careful about how you mention it or who tells what you are holding. You need to take care about that, so don’t say your country is safe and make you tell what you are holding.

I've never seen such a petty scam attempt before; is he really expecting someone to send him money to prove to us that he has 33 Bitcoin? Even if we suppose that someone was willing to do so, what do we have to gain from that? Your statement is hard to believe. Because the amount of Bitcoin you mentioned is not small. But if there was any proof, it would be credible. I have no concern about how many Bitcoins you have or not. If there is, then you are really lucky. If any person holds such amount of Bitcoins until hard times  I would say he is successful. In my case I have never made any transaction with Bitcoin among my friends or scammed that would have caused me loss in return. Because I have learned well about the security issues regarding Bitcoin. Especially the forum has given me a good idea about it and how to keep it safe and why personal security is necessary, etc. That's why I'm not worried about the safety of whatever I have.

Secondly, for privacy sake, you didn't have to open discuss about the numbers of Bitcoin that you have in your possession. If it's about showing off, then I think the Op is risking a whole lot here. Telling people the amount of Bitcoin you own in your wallet is another way of inviting hackers to attack you and if they should succeed, you're definitely going to lose your money. It's actually a good thing to celebrate your wins wether big or small but when doing so, it's important that you also consider your security and safety so you don't end up attracting pains in the celebrating your wins.

Someone who claims he has worked so hard to achieve what he has would never give away such a large amount. 1 Bitcoin is worth over $82k at the moment, and for someone from a third-world country, that is a life-changing amount in itself, so I wouldn't even expect OP to give away 0.1 Bitcoin from how he is acting.

I think those who hold so many Bitcoins will never reveal their wealth to others. That is why those who reveal their Bitcoins to others are mostly giving false information. Since OP has not been able to provide any proof of the truth, I definitely think that the information is not true. If for some reason the information is true, then he should protect his Bitcoins. OP could've just told his story about how he bounced back after being scammed, maybe give us some details about how he overcame. Flexing money on the internet is simple, everyone can do it.  Anyone can screenshot a wallet or pretend a lifestyle for influence, but that does not make it genuine, a true holder doesn't really disclose their funds on any platform. So, if you have a large amount of Bitcoin, it's better to keep it private than to brag about the amount of assets you have. However, in the case of OP, it is true as you said.
