What do you think about adapting the site for non-Russian speakers first? If the goal is to have users outside that language area at all.
Even when I selected EN language, later after the first action (switch exchanging currency), I was returned to Russian again.

However,  there are some good known exchanges around, and we have seen some scams in the past.

Why don't you create a review campaign,  or even a signature campaign in this forum?

This a good way to make your exchange known and become more trusted, by building a reputation here.

I think you need to work up on those minimum and maximum amounts. The value is not consistent with different coins.

For example, you say minimum deposit is roughly $15 and Maximum is roughly $3M. This is accurate with stablecoins but not accurate with let's say Bitcoin (Min is 0.00025 BTC which is roughly $25 and max is 50 BTC which is roughly $5M). The same applies to other coins too.

I thought my IP was flagged by your server, it turns out you request everyone to pass a captcha check. Sounds like a hassle if even regular users need to do that. Btw there is also a type on that page: "dedos attacks" instead of DDOS attacks. I think it's also much better if you provide an automatic language detection tool because it defaults to RU. Not everyone visits the forum to find the right link for the English version.

Let me help you with some bit of English. Swap = Exchange, Trade, Substitute, Change etc. So what exactly is your problem?

Be careful, this is a SCAM

First, they delayed the exchange until the next day, and then they openly started scamming me into making an additional deposit in order to complete the exchange (I had sent 0.5 ETH, and they asked me to send another 0.5 ETH to complete the transaction).
Message from Tor_Bit support:

“Sorry, the issue was that we are switching to a new payout system, and there is a minimum payout amount. For this type of exchange, the minimum amount was 1 ETH, so your exchange was put on hold.”

“You need to send a payment of 0.5 ETH to this address 0x. After the transaction is confirmed, you will receive XMR at your address.”

However, just 20 minutes before this exchange, I had successfully completed another exchange with them for a smaller amount, and there were no issues.

I asked for a refund, and they said it would be processed within 3–7 days (!), which I highly doubt.
Avoid this service at all costs — SCAM.

Why risk your money with an unproven service like this when there are established services like Change Now? In very rare cases do they demand KYC, but that is usually because something is suspicious.

Scammers avoid using this exchange. All fees and rates are fake.

It's unfortunate that the people who were scammed by this shitty exchanger did not create scam accusations in the right board so that they get enough audience and we can tag the exchange's representative. Let me create a scam accusation for a flag reference

You should create a Type 3 Flag against this "exchange", so they get a big red warning banner on top of this topic top prevent new victims.
