It appears that there are various minimum limits but no maximum limits, so you're basically asking for trouble: e.g. Nothing stops users from placing orders above max supplies and that's going to cost you a lot of delays ^{[something that you're claiming it'd never happen (I'm not a developer by any means, but I don't think it'd be very hard to fetch a bunch of numbers from liquidity providers)]}.

Looks like you listed your account profile on your website, but you've never responded to inquiries like the questions above. I don't think that's a good thing if you're trying to run a legitimate business. You also make some posts on other forums with more or less the same format. Why not answer some of them and make a better pitch? So far you look like another third-tier/scam exchange.

Start by responding to the feedback already addressed to you about. It funny you made this reply but mentioned nothing about what needs to be addressed. If you really have good intentions, then members don't really need to keep reminding you on what to do.

Yep, to get someone who is excited to exchange 100 or 1,000 BTC at ago because there are no limits and then just disappear in a thin air after receiving the deposit  ;D

What do you mean you missed it? The messages are still there. I don't think there's anything wrong by responding to them now even if it's a bit late (around 1 month late). As mentioned above, if you're serious about running this business and not trying to do a scam, there is literally nothing stopping you from improving how things are done. It's not like your answer have to be within an hour or so after a question is posted.

Hello! There might have been a brief technical glitch for a minute or two, but normally we have no downtime. If you have any official data on amount of other “no limits” exchangers that turned out to be scams,
please share - it's helpful to see concrete examples. And you are right, nobody actually has infinite liquidity, but our limits are high enough to handle large exchanges without significant delays. Thanks for your feedback!

Then, how hard it is to put Explace – Exchange With High Limits! instead of Explace – Exchange Without Limits!? It's already coming from you; there's no exchange that has infinite liquidity. So, why claim something unbelievable?

If somebody comes to your exchange bringing 2,000BTC to be swapped with ETH, can you cater him/her?

There are platforms that specifically indicate their reserves of BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR, and other coins. This is probably a much better way of informing customers of your high limits, rather than just claiming outright that you have unlimited funds-- because that's what without limits mean. Or better yet, provide proof of reserves.

We're currently working on specifying clear upper exchange limits to make things more transparent and convenient for our users. Our current limits already cover the vast majority of transactions comfortably, but defining exact numbers will make this even clearer. Thanks again for pointing it out!

Could you please clarify what you mean by "reseller"?
You're right - no exchanger operates without limits, however our current limits are relatively high and comfortably accommodate the vast majority of our clients needs.

By the way on a different note, it was not great to wait an hour for a swap of such a small amount from an automatic swap. No offense, but it would have been faster for me to create an HTX account and swap my Monero directly myself there.

You do not do reselling, but only transfer the service to a third party for a small fee. I don't know what this business model is called if it is not reselling. You should not be offended, most instant exchangers work on the same model and use a third party as a liquidity partner.

I believe the term 'reseller' accurately describes your business model based on the following observations:

1. The deposit addresses provided to users are directly linked to third-party exchanges (like HTX and Gate.io). This indicates that users are not depositing into your own wallets but rather into those of other exchanges, which is a hallmark of a reseller model.

2. The outputs on Ethereum being made directly from these third-party exchanges to user destination addresses further supports the idea that your platform is facilitating transactions rather than executing them independently. This aligns with the definition of a reseller, as you are providing access to the services of these exchanges.

3. If users are effectively interacting with the interfaces of HTX or Gate.io through your platform, it suggests that your service is acting as an intermediary, which is consistent with the reseller concept.

4. While you may aggregate offers to provide favorable rates, this is nowhere described on your website or at your anouncements or terms of service. The overall description of your service falsely misleads users to believe you provide your own liquidity, which users will only be able to know only after starting an exchange. The underlying mechanism still relies on third-party exchanges for the actual trading and transaction execution. This is a key characteristic of a reseller.

If you want to be viewed as an aggregator then you should state it clearly at your announcement and website to not mislead users about what is your service about. I'd say there is a clear lack of transparency on your side and you denying the reseller term doesn't help.
