I did little research and I found an answer:

Yes, an EU citizen can set up a company in the UK after Brexit. Online platforms for company registration can be reliable, but opening a bank account may be more difficult as most banks require identity and residency proof. Online company formation services typically handle the company registration, but additional effort may be needed for opening a bank account. Running an online business in the UK post-Brexit is possible, but you should be aware of new regulations regarding trade with the EU.

I guess that most of the countries are allowing this for as long as they are open with foreign investors. But one thing that many of these companies does for opening a company into another country is by hiring someone who's from there.

And not just by being an employee but also a partner, by giving them shares of stocks of the company for making them a part owner of it. I believe this makes the job easier for both ends, the partner and the actual company.

This is just my thought and it's still best to consult someone in EU that can help you about establishing a business, there are individuals or agencies that does this kind of help but with a fee.

It’s still possible, but requirements vary. Many online formation services can help, but due diligence is key. Check UK government resources for accurate info.
