Title: SHREK 5 being released year 2026 Post by: mich on February 28, 2025, 05:47:00 AM Well it is a favorite for me and my nephews to watch. And now Shrek 5 is being released in 2026. Ogre’s Daughter is going to be played by the actress Zendaya.
I really do like the animation of this film. Quite shocking to see an actress of zendaya’s caliber to be playing a shrek character to be honest. As far as I can remember, Zendaya has only really played serious characters in serious films. And then in new Space Jame movie she was a cartoon character named Lola Bunny. But yes you are right she does not play in alot of these kinds of movies. That's still quite long to wait for. Man, the title is making us more older. It's the Shrek 5 but the total franchise of Shrek that has been released already are 6 movies and this Shrek 5 makes it the 7th franchise. Zendaya as Ogre’s Daughter is a weird choice.
