Title: Beware of This BTC Trading Scam on Telegram!
Post by: memehunter on March 01, 2025, 02:57:50 PM
Do not fall for this pathetic Bitcoin Trading Company Scam. They will post fake reviews/ payment screenshots, as well as offers. They will ask you to deposit 2k/5k/20k, etc. and promise you triple the amount. Rest assured if you give them even a single rupee, you will not see it back. They are just cashing in on the hype around BTC and looking for unaware targets.

This isn't really new, it's all over the social media like Instagram, Facbook where they buy an account with 1lakh follower or more and delete all their previous posts and then pump this kind of dubious act of money doubling, tripling. For the fact it also happen in the name of forex trading. But anyone who even have a simple idea of what is trading can't fall for this trap but somehow people are losing in lakhs everyday.

One of the people shared similar story in social media where he lost 7 lakhs to this scam, he did complain about the user in cybercrime but there's no use the user can't be found and I doubt they aren't even operating this act from inside India.

It would be better if you remove some of the personal details and whatsapp links in the images, someone foolish enough will read this and start getting into the scam right through this thread.

However these type of posts are all throughout telegram and better spam control is needed on that platform.

Firstly, these type of scams are not new if someone is falling for them then they must be really stupid.
Secondly, if someone is reading this thread and falling for the scam then there's no bigger idiot other than him.
If someone really thinks they can double their money within an hour doing nothing then what would you call that person?

I guess there is, if there are enough reports received for a telegram channel it will be removed, but it's of no use they simply come back with new number and bot created followers to deceive the people.

They consider themselves as investors who found the unlimited money hack. :D

No one can really judge the universal knowledge level for being a victim of any scam. We all have different standards. Therefore it is better to inform the community even if you think it is a lame scam attempt and no one will fall for it.
In this case I have reported the channel as well.

Their potential targets are gullible lower middle class folks who are not tech-savvy, even if they are tech savvy but have some desperation in daily life and dream of getting rich quickly. They fell into such scams because of "let's try once with a small amount" attitude.

Spreading the word is helpful, but some people only learn once they are burnt. There is a saying in Hindi "Dhood ka jala chhaachh bhi phukh phukh kar pita hai".
