Football is a game that involves two teams each team is made up of Eleven players including the goal keeper , even though there are little evidence about this game in ancient times as some suggestion shows that there football may have started long ago when human civilization where taking shape because there is a painting that was found in China called the cuju that shows resemblance to people playing with a football.

But modern football has it root to England as England played a key role in the development of football especially with the rules, I want to say that football is the best sporting game that has been invented because as of today football is the most followed sports with people from all over the world supporting one club.

Most likely, they’re also collecting big wagers from all over the world. But I’m not sure if they’re the number one in terms of total bets since the NBA is also extremely popular. My guess is that the NBA might actually have the biggest overall wagers.

Our country is not a football craze country; we are more into basketball, and we are the first country here in Asia to start professional basketball. I agree that its the best sport to have been invented. invented. I guess the reason why it is the best sport to have been invented is because of the numbers watching and following this sport.
Its automatic when there are more than 3.5 billion people who are into it. The World Cup is big news everywhere, whenever and wherever it is held.

The level of acceptance of football across the world is so high that even the smallest villages and community use it as one of the cultural sporting activities that bring two different cultures together in harmony to experience or share cultural beliefs and differences. I agree with you that this one of the best sports event so far that comes with so much excitement and fun of entertainment and passion. Overtime my love for football cannot be over emphasized and you can say that again theat football is the best sporting game that has been in existence. Honestly football had won my heart overtime cause right from my tender she have love playing football then I wonder why i have so much love for it but I think now I got the right answer of which one is that, it gives the minda satisfaction of peace.

I'm a massive supporter of football, and to me, it is the best sport. But I don't think it will be best to others. Personally, I don't watch other games that much aside football. Talking of other sports like basketball, I don't even know how points are been awarded and I haven't taken my time to even learn about it.

And the interesting thing is, I never liked football until the COVID incident in late 2019. I can't tell much about the history of football, but I can agree that England was one of the home ground of football. And, we can't take it away from the North Americans too(especially Brazil in particular). Though Europe has more talents compared to other regions.

To me, football is the best, probably because of its energy, large fan base, sponsors, and maybe the new talents that we see every season. Can't tell if other sports have something similar. 

But as you have said, it's in England and obviously in Europe. So it might not be as big as in other continent?

And personally, I'm not into football, I'm more into basketball and other sports, so it might be well known and the best sports for the majority, but there are still some fans that might disagree with it, just saying.

Football or shall I say Soccer is for pussies that couldn't play a real sport lol. Too small for Rugby, too slow for the NFL, or couldn't shoot a basketball. NFL IMO is the best sport. Millions of fans, 20+ weeks out of the year, lots of action, hard hits, lots of betting markets, and excitement.

Personally, I didn't really instantly like Football before, it just grew on me once I started gambling more in sports. And I reckon it's about the same, especially for people in Asian countries. I'm Brazilian, so I'm a pretty suspicious person to support the vote that Football really is a fantastic sport that can be played by anyone of any age and with any financial income... it's hard to find someone who doesn't know and doesn't like football.

Actually if you ask me I will say football is one of the oldest and popular sport that has ever existed, with billions of followers and supporters. For me I would say it is the best but I don't know for others because surely everyone will chose the type of sports they love.

But in my country, basketball seems to be the most popular sport and is usually played by most people compared to football. This may be because of the field structure, which limits some places.

This is too radical a statement. By what criteria can a sport be called the best? For example, football is the most popular sport, which is enjoyed by tens of millions of people. Lastly, I would like to say that any sport is the best sport depending on your preference. I consider Chess as the greatest sport ever created; but then again, everything is purely subjective at this point.

Even though I like watch football games when I get some free time, I would argue if the football is greatest sport. First I like to watch other sports too, some I enjoy even more then football.

Second I do not like to play football myself because its hard on knees and I never really liked to play it. There are other much healthier sports that engage whole body in much less aggressive manner than football.

I somuch love the game of football because of the excitement and fun that comes with it, I can rememeber when my community had a land dispute with a nearby community, this matter lingered for a very long time but was resolved recently, so in other to keep a lasting peace between the two communities, a fooball event was organized to

Football is great but it can be difficult to determine just one best sport because sports are way too different from each other to even compare. As someone that watches many sports, I can say that I find excitement and enjoyment out of every one I watch. In general, I think that athletes are impressive. They push boundaries more than anyone in the world. The level of determination, mental and physical strength needed to be an athlete is crazy and one that I can't imagine myself doing. Would like to add some personal thoughts on the topic: I've been playing football for 15 years. But the last year, I've lost my passion. Why? The sport itself changes fast; the transfer market is dying with crazy deals for players who can't play on a proper level. Also, some legends are moving to the Saudi League.

I've also noticed, that being so emotional, kind of activity, it presents a benefit and a drawback. Yes, it's the most popular sport in the world with a rich history and billions of dollars invested in it. Still, I've read about why luxury brands like Rolex, Gucci, Ferrari, etc., are not sponsors of different clubs. Because of the audience. As I know, football was invented by people who couldn't afford to play polo or race, etc. Alcohol and gambling are synonyms for football. It's not my personal opinion; these are just some thoughts I see a point in.

I am not a fan of football and I guess it's not too late to learn the sport. I've grown in neighborhood that sports isn't that much to think of and it's not football that I saw.
