Cryptomixer has stuck my BTC. I haven’t received my funds for 72 hours. I sent an email to their customer service but received no response.

Is there any community topic from them. I am not familiar with this mixer.

Mixers have been banned on this forum, many words about the mention of mixers will be filtered, if you have many complaints it might be better to ask on the Altcoinstalks forum because there are many mixer announcement threads.

You don't remember the oldest mixer that was still operational despite other newer onces exiting or getting seized? They weren't advertising, but they did have a thread too, that was moved to the archival after the mixer ban took effect.

I think I read something about them going rogue too, or something like being linked to other wrong mixers. It's very likely OP might have got scammed

OP try making an inquiry from the altcoinstalk forum since mixers are not yet banned from there.

There is nothing we can do, mixers no longer advertise in this forum so you cannot even get the legitimate ones here or complain about the ones that are a scam. If you have not received your funds for 72 hours, i believe we are safe to say that you have been scammed, hope you were on the correct site, because there are a lot of clone mixer sites out there. Campaign managers from here run mixer campaigns in altcoinstalks, so you can get legitimate mixers in that forum.

OP I am sure you have already accepted that maybe you have been scammed. In the future:
- Search keywords such as "service name (scam / bitcointalk / reviews / reddit)" and so on to see any immediate red flags and discussions here on Bitcointalk or other forums like reddit. If something is certainly a scam, this will show you so quite quickly.
- If you do decide to use a service that doesn't have any reviews/isn't obviously legitimate anyway, do not try it with an amount you can not afford to lose.

Scam accusations also appeared some time ago, but due to mixer censorship, that discussion went almost unnoticed. If I remember correctly, there were some accusations and connections with Yo**, who turned into an exit scam. However, all the information came from third-party forums, and it is difficult to confirm its accuracy.

Now I see that the mentioned mixer is blacklisted by Ethereum Phishing Detector, SEAL, ChainPatrol, and PhishFort. Usually, such warnings are removed upon the intervention of the site owner, but it was absent here.

As others said;

• You will have to complain in Altcoinstalks
• You should be able to know the extension you used(.io.net, etc) you must have used a cloned site
• Have you tried messaging the customer service of the platform?

If you read the OP, he confirms that he indeed sent the customer service a message, but has not yet got a response. If the mixer I have in mind is indeed the one OP is talking about, they maybe have to wait a little longer. I remember them having very slow customer support with complaints pouring into their thread periodically in this forum, but they would in the end solve the issues. This is on assumption that they haven't turned into scammers.

72 hours is only 3 days. If it's [banned mixer] that you're referring to, there were even transactions that got finalized after more than a week. They're reputed to be slow, thus their numerous scam accusations here. In fairness to them, however, their official account here remained free of untrusted/red tags because issues were eventually resolved. It's unfortunate that it's now inactive for over a year. That account was responsive, albeit oftentimes late.
