I have read many of the criticisms on different approaches some altcoins have made and fully understand and accept those criticisms as well. After all, it just as good to get negative feedback as well as positive.

Features

The most important feature is actually a name for the coin. We are allowing the general public the chance to name the coin and to do so, please register, login and go to our forum, where you will see a category "Name the coin"
Now for the features of the coin.

    No mining required
    1 million coins released daily
    all coins released in 12 months after the official launch (same day, month but 2015)
    Coins sold on opening day will be fixed at $0.01 for the first publicly released, 1 million coins
    Pre-buying them is an option at our crowdfunding campaign locate at Indiegogo
    After 12 months, the profits generated from the coin will assist future development and security of the coin
    At the $10 per coin mark, anything over that amount is pooled daily and sent to "Low Admin Fee" charities

Some added features, specific to the Primary Team

    After the 12 month period is complete, we offer you either a continued role developing the coin or we offer you some start-up funding for the purpose of you starting your own company and developing software, hardware or services specific to the coin
    Initially we will ask for volunteers and from that pool, some will drop out, so for those that continue, we will be offering full-time employment at a time that our finances can support a crew

The purpose of creating this altcoin is to simply move the initial distribution of the coins, to non technical people. There will be a small amount that can be mined, but that's not our goal. Techies have accepted Crypto Currency and thats a given, its the General Public that we are reaching out to.

As soon as we have funds, it will be distributed out to Devs and Marketing, to make it perfectly clear that we are here for the long term

hmmm from the video seems you want to start a coin purely for people who missed out on the fiat made by those early bitcoin adopters......... :'(...so nothing really to do with crypto  ::)

In a sense your correct.
But mainly its to get a new group of people involved. Those without technical ability. It would be great if there is more adoption of a coin in the community and thats what we are aiming to do.

Is there a bounty for a name? :P Or the coin shall remain unnamed? I like nameless more because there are s's in it makes it sound more sexy.

Who knows, that "nameless" just might be the killer name :)

We do have an indiegogo campaign which if you buy a Perk you can submit a name and you also get coins. Keep in mind that the perk is more a contribution, rather than an actual coin price :)

No, I don't like idea of 1 mil new coins daily. It's an inflation and it will destroy the price + sell orders from premined shareholders. Not my style coin.  :(
