Answer: The platform was not widely promoted before, this year we are starting to focus more on its promotion. + A redesign is currently in progress, and we will also expand our marketing efforts.
A thousand is an overstatement (thanks to AI text editor), we have fixed that part) But among our old clients, there are large online marketplaces with approximately 500,000 monthly visits (As a result, also a large transaction volume).

In general - FinAssets provides custodial services and cryptocurrency processing solutions for online businesses operating in various sectors, including e-commerce, online gaming, and fintech startups. Our solution is designed to ensure transaction security, compliance with international AML/CTF regulations, and competitive fees.

Due to our privacy policy and strict client confidentiality obligations, we are unable to publicly disclose all companies using our solutions without their prior consent. Answer: The 0.6% fee mentioned on our website is an average indicative value. Our actual transaction fee ranges from 2% to 0.2% and already includes processing costs. This means we do not charge any additional processing fees — all expenses are already accounted for within the stated range.

Answer: More about fee & process. The full processing cycle: settlement (internal calculation and conversion on the platform) and the subsequent automatic withdrawal of the converted funds to your bank accounts. Both stages are fully automated.
The fee for internal processing is already included in the standard rate (from 2% to 0.2%), while a separate fee for automated withdrawal to bank accounts is charged, starting at 1.1%.

4) Is this part fully automated?
Answer: The entire payment processing chain on the FinAssets platform — including crypto acceptance, conversion, internal settlement, and fund withdrawal to the client — is fully automated and does not require any additional manual intervention.

Thank you for notifying me about the Demo's availability... I spent a few minutes on it and it appears that it has a nice set of features, but I noticed the following issues:

• On the mass crypto transfer tab, there's no way to manually type addresses ^{[useful when sending to only a few users]} and the fee levels can't be selected ^{[the same goes for normal transfers]}. Is this feature currently under maintenance?
  
  
• On the exchange section, it keeps showing the following error for something that's above the minimum amount:
  ^{- It's worth noting that I can still click the convert button and it led to creating a request.}
  
  • Quote
    Notional value "8.901E-5" is too small. Minimum is "0.01"

I still haven't figured out what exactly sets you apart from the competition. 2% fee + is not exactly the lowest fee as you claim on your website.
For example, MixPay has Zero Fees for Merchants and more flexible KYC requirements.

Is there any service that uses your gateway?

1) We are not familiar with this company or their full fee structure, so it is difficult to make a comparison. It is also challenging for us to analyze their technical solutions and the level of user control over assets when using their service.

2) We have a progressive fee reduction system that goes down to 0.2%! Not 2%+!

3) Our client confidentiality policy does not allow us to disclose our full client list. A few clients who agreed to be publicly listed are shown on our website, if you checked our site, you should have seen them.

4) Regarding KYC requirements — we follow standard compliance procedures and only request the information necessary for each case. Our approach is balanced and tailored, depending on the specific use case and regulatory requirements in each sector. We do not ask for more than what is needed.
P.S. In today’s world, having a proper KYC process is a plus, not a minus.

5) Plus, we’ll be launching a referral program soon, providing our users with an extra opportunity to earn additional income.

2. The Network Fee level cannot be selected on the demo account because it doesn't process real transactions. This functionality is fully operational in client accounts, allowing the selection of the network fee level.

I was also shocked to see the numbers but seriously if you can't name those projects using your gateway, then how will you market yourself, because if you have some good clients and platforms and if they have more then 500k visitors per month, then the volume must in millions or more, then such platforms should tell openly their payment system and mostly many platforms I have used,they all mention their gateways for trust and confidence.

This can create lack of confidence among new users to adopt this, like maybe you are channeling wrong funds, maybe the platforms using your services claiming they are using some famous gateway service with higher fee but in reality they are using you with lower fee, or you don't have any such big clients, I am not accusing you but these are the basic thoughts comes to mind after reading your ann till now.

Yeah yeah you should share it because now a days marketing is very easy via video ads and other funny contents. I don't usually spend much time on Internet due to the time availability but I saw some ads where they first show a very interesting movie part and then smoothly merge the end with their product. My main point is, marketing and highlighting your successful partners can bring more partners although the transparency part where you said hackers would know more.

That part you have to cover by increasing the security and I trust you guys fully now. You should change the testimonials on the website and provide some links to them so that anyone can see them on your customer's site openly.
