As we wrap up the BCA 2024 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5525252), we would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate and write detailed answers. Voting in this format attracted fewer participants, but reading your answers was much more exciting than in previous years. Congratulations to everyone who made it into the top three in each nomination, and congrats to all raffles' winners. Thank you to everyone who continues to make Forum better. 💪 And I (and icopress) wish to express my deepest appreciation for PowerGlove's help, which made some insane efforts for giving a hand with the votes counting. I was extremely touched by his dedication for this and I have no words for saying how much this moved me. Thank you, PowerGlove, thank you so much! 💚
This year was first one when it was applied the 0.75 to 1 votes reduction rule for winners of same categories at BCA 2023. As a consequence, theymos, which received most votes at Hero of Good (64), remains with only 48 votes, as he won this category last year (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5486969.0) as well (the outcome of this being that o_e_l_e_o became the winner of first prize at "Hero of Good"). Besides, Hhampuz, which received most votes at "Craft Master" (46), remains with only 35 votes, as he won this category last year as well (however, he keeps his first prize at current edition as his remaining votes still place him on first place).

And if you notice, the Local Hero winner has the highest number of votes with 58 votes. I wonder if the most voted user will receive a special reward, because he or she truly deserves it.
