In addition, is the exchange service licensed? asking because I don't see it and it has the typical AML/KYC clauses. You should also consider getting listed on bestchange.

This is very interesting.
If the exchange is fully automated, then why doesn't it work 24/7 and why does it require an operator to be present? It would be fairer to say it's semi-automated or manual. There's nothing wrong with that.

btw. Do you operate with your own reserves or are you a reseller?

This looks to me as a one man gig and not a full team behind it, which may be the reason for the active hours limitation.

Running a crypto exchange will require you to get some more hands or actually fully automate the system by investing in better software.

Sorry If I may sound mean OP, but the exchange domain name alone feels so amateurish. It's relatable to one of those scam or Ponzi schemes that just disappear after a few months.

You haven't seen the support email address yet, when you do, you will go crazy  :D

Aren't new and modern platforms operating 24/7? Aren't new and modern exchanges allow users to make transactions without the need to sign up?

On these bases at least, yours is an old-fashioned platform.


Of course, this isn't true. On the contrary, you ensure that users shall be required to submit personal information when the necessity arises. Worry not, you aren't alone making this lie. Most of you exchanges do this.

Quite surprisingly, however, the necessity to undergo KYC in your platform shall be imposed even to those with "clean coins and wallets" if large transactions are split into smaller amounts. You consider this suspicious activity. I consider this a secure and defensive strategy for my hard-earned money.

This to me isn't a sign that you're a new and modern platform. It's a sign that you're backward.

I think you should consider changing the wording used in the underlined part since it gives the wrong impression that there are no fees on weekends, but in reality, you meant being fully operational on those days.

Considering that your platform is based on WordPress and utilizes a paid script from premiumexchanger, it doesn't mean it's bulletproof against external forces ^{[no script or software can offer such a thing]}, so it's best not to give false hopes to your users!

I did see it and none of the features is encouraging for new users. I hope they take the feedback from here and work on the project.

CMIIW, but I think that meant they are not operational at all on weekends, so the total active time is 9:00 to 20:00 UTC from Mon-Fri and they go off on weekends.
I also checked the website during the weekend and it was not active.

Honestly, I'm really confused... So if what you've posted is the case, then users can misinterpret it in multiple ways ^{[including me]}.

This looks like a bad joke with exchange operator literally ''sleeping'' and service not being available all the time,
maybe you should consider renaming your service to Mister Bin, it sounds more appropriate.
Anyway, I wouldn't risk using this exchange.
