Welcome back with the new domain. Good to see you back with something new; I'm not sure yet if this is something special. However, I am pretty much happy to see a new announcement thread because I was a campaign participant of the Bitsler signature campaign. I am wondering why you created a new announcement. Is it because you added a new domain? I can see your old domain is .com and currently active. And the new announcement with the .io. So we want to see more details about your new features.

I don't think it is a relaunch because bitsler.com domain does not direct me to bitsler.io. It can be a new branch business from Bitsler team with new products or new license. I think it can be both, new product branch for users and new license to meet with newest regulations.

In addition, the announcement thread for Bitsler.com (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1268718.7500) still opens and is not locked.

I think the dot IO version is only for USA, we have seen in the past casinos doing this, even stake has it's USA version and only users from that country can play on it.

Casinos are forced to tho this to follow the USA regulation, they can't operate with a curacao license on USA and they have to get a license from that country and pay taxes there. Isn't something new, and we can be sure that both are the same casinor or at least the same owners because they keep the logo and the image.

You're right, it's likely that it is and as the title specifically says that it's USA.

I agree, it's also the same for the crypto exchanges. They have specific domains for their USA users and this is the reason why.


@Baryom, I think it's better if you can also attach the URL to the image to make it easier for visitors to simply click the image and redirected to the domain.

I testing visiting the USA version. I realize, that can access the homepage even if my IP is not from the USA. I think just a small feedback for me, you should make some pops up notification user who are not from user to ask time or redirect them into "Bitsler.com" since these version is only fo USA.

Member or user from USA should cannot visiting the homepage of USA page, take example from STAKE US. They make pops up:

I can access both Bitsler.com and Bitsler.io websites via Tor and it makes me thinking that Bitsler team don't put IP restriction and block for accessing their websites.

They can do it like you said, or at least they must refuse account registration with IP addresses are not from USA for Bitsler.io website.

A pop-up notification like your suggestion is a good idea for implementation too.

The thread title is self-explanatory. The website is open for USA players. But the question is, can players from other countries also play on this platform? Or is it a dedicated platform for people only in the USA? If so, the players from the rest of the world should not be able to access the website. As I can see, I can access the website, and I guess I can also sign up. I am curious what will happen if I signup and make a deposit.

Maybe they didn't really put any restriction towards who can access their USA site. Since I can also access it even if I'm not in USA.

Better they should put up some restriction so that there's no confusion would happen to their gamblers and they could access the right site on where they are allowed to gamble. But for sure they know all about this and provably that there's certain updates will happen knowing Bitsler is one of reputable casino here.

You will not get far as only USA is allowed. Bitsler plays by the rules and players will have to pass KYC to wd.

It's good to see bitsler running on this great platform. I had to check for myself to see what is obtainable on the casino platform, while trying the online live support customer care, it's unfortunate that nobody was available to respond to my enquiry as the bot notified that they will be right back in 2 hours time which is not making any sense. Gamblers don't like wasting such time as there are many other options out there for them to get along with so  it invariably means that anytime wasted to respond to a potential customer is a minus to the casino so it would be nice to look into this and make sure the customer care service is live waiting to respond to any customer that chats them up for enquiries.

Is this US base casino? Because the American flag is everywhere in the casino both the ANN thread. You are welcome to the forum. When I visit the casino, it doesn't look nice with mobile device and the image are long with horizontal style and that means it is for Desktop and PC viewing. Not that mobile devices can't sign up and login to use it but the view is not nice in mobile devices but look good in PC and desktop. Or alternatively you can restructure the site to suit mobile devices because the gamblers who use mobile devices to visit casinos are more even those who use PC still use mobile devices because it is more convenience and faster to use.

Simply, no. Although the website is accessible for global users, but you will see a warning message when you will click on the 'register' option. You won't be able to create an account. Moreover, USA only platform usually has mandatory KYC verification requirement. I believe the rules are similar at Bitsler.io. Players from other countries won't be able to pass that verification in order to play there.

If I'm not wrong, then Bitsler is the only casino to create a dedicated thread for the USA version of the website.

Stake and other casinos do it according to seoincorporation. You have to verify this information by yourself.

Although Stake.com has a US based casino they don't have a thread for the US.

Make sense. I actually visited the website only, but did not try to sign up because I knew it was for US people only. So, I did not see the warning. If they have a warning on their website already, then there is no problem. A lot of people would try to sign up if there were no warning.

Yeah, most of the popular casinos like Bc, Stake have their US version of the website, but they do not have a dedicated ANN thread for their US version website.

Yeah, I think so too. the other two casinos that I know of that have US version of their website does not have a dedicated ANN thread for it in the forum.

Yeah, I thought as much and we should avoid this version of Bistler since it is dedicated to US users only, I wanted to test the site link if it works from my region and yeah it does load and I can create an account and even make deposits and play some games.

But I am sure that when I want to withdraw I will be asked for verification and at that point I will find it hard to go through with the verifications and at some point I will lose my money so it is best we avoid the site if you are not a USA citizen.

Blocking by ip location is refreshing change, so one wouldn't accidentally make an account and play only to later realize that they can't withdraw the money, because they are restricted.
But how do you deal with expats, as many US citizens are living overseas?

Speaking about TOS, your "16 Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate All Disputes" part sounds rough. Does customer have any rights? Because it sounds like users are waving all their rights by signing up.
I am almost certain that US citizens have some consumer rights that this would clash with, but i am not an expert with US law.

Your three flags of US on ANN thread title on Windows computer looks like USUSUS, so it's not nice. Thanks for the information. I was curious about the casino and almost wanted to give it a try, then I decided to get engaged with their customer support, but that just proved why I had to take caution registering till I hear from them but thanks for your prompt response to letting me know the stand on regional engagement with the casino, I could have made a silly mistake. You are right, I almost registered on the platform. If you read my previous post, you would see it there. I believe many people do not know about this casino website being for us citizens alone. Maybe the casino should block other IPs from accessing the website before complaints start flooding this platform with regard to this issue. They should make a notice for this on their website or official announcement thread so that people do not make any mistake.

The website already has something in its defence. It can easily be said that it is already mentioned on its website that it is for US people only. It is your fault if you sign up on their website without reading their TOS. Now, it is up to them if they want to restrict it to people who live outside of the US. Even if they do not restrict, they have their defence already.

However, if the casino wants to remain clear from their side and wants an extra layer of protection, they can restrict people who live outside of the US. But as always, the players should check the TOS before they sign up.

Why is this becoming a problem? When you click on Register, they'll prohibit you from registering because a window pops up and you can't do anything other than to leave the page. It's not necessary for them to block other IPs but I think that if people want some kind of additional help, then Bitsler can create a popup window with the redirection to their original Bitsler.com website.
I believe that it's impossible to make a mistake on Bitsler.io, I tried to with a VPN now and during a registration, you have to choose a US state. How can you choose a US state if you are not from the USA? I think that at this point, everyone will understand that the website is exclusively for US players. Also, Bitsler asks you twice to check the TOS page and list of prohibited countries before you register on the website. I think that now Bitsler is judged for something that doesn't need any judgement and works perfectly.
