Shop owners ? Merchants ? You use those stablecoins as payments you get bonus rewards airdrops. Not sure wich ones, but it's either GBP or USD or EUR SO who is in ? For instance; if you look at USDT, USDC, DAI and other many stable coin has gain reputation over the market and introducing another coin is good but then how would people trust such coin again.
