Title: [Resolved]Rollbit.com has banned my account with over $50,000 in assets. Post by: lucaschen520 on March 31, 2025, 07:47:18 AM my Rollbit account has been restricted from withdrawals, and it contains assets worth over $50,000. I’ve completed Level 3 KYC and have been a loyal user for over two years. I tried contacting customer support, But they are very negative. #rollbit
When I contact customer service, they always ask me to list all my accounts. They have never provided me with a reason for restricting withdrawals, nor have they given any clear explanation. I tried reaching out to @Razer_Rollbit on X.com, but I haven’t received any response. Updated on April 7, 2025. Below are the screenshots of my account and the chat history between me and their support team. I always hope they'll give me a different response, but unfortunately, they keep replying the same way and then stop responding altogether. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Update: April 10, 2025. My account has been restored—thanks everyone for your help and responses! Title: Re: Rollbit.com has banned my account with over $50,000 in assets. Post by: lucaschen520 on March 31, 2025, 03:50:10 PM Everything was fine with my account before I requested a withdrawal. About six months ago, when the bull market started, I tried to withdraw funds—and that’s when they banned my account. Every time I try to contact them, they just keep repeating the same thing: asking me to list all of my accounts.

Post by: Coyster on March 31, 2025, 04:07:19 PM There are a lot of similar cases on this board, i mean along the lines of "list the other accounts you have on the platform". To start with, it would be nice if you could share screenshots of your conversation with support, so we are sure that what you are saying here is true. Then i would also mention @holydarkness here, from the other threads, it is obvious he has contacts at Rollbit, so his guidance will be helpful if this is to be solved.

For the time being, it'll be nice if OP can supplement us with supporting evidence like you asked, to validate his accusation. It'll help us understand if I should invest my time on his case or not, and what status should be written on my list for this thread. Post by: Bitcoin_Arena on March 31, 2025, 11:43:07 PM If Indeed you never did anything wrong in the platform, then you just have to keep bothering them for answers and till they give you a proper reason. In a mean time, I have seen other users who were in your same shoes and I remember at least a case where the account of one user was unbanned after some days of communication. You are probably going to need some patience and persistence.

Post by: Free Market Capitalist on April 01, 2025, 10:30:03 AM Curious that you call it “assets”, I'm not saying it's wrong, but I've never heard the funds one has in the casino being referred to as such. On the other hand, I hope that outside the casino you have at least 20 times that amount for basic risk management reasons.
Otherwise, as you have already been told, for us to take you seriously in this section it takes more than what you say, so you'd better post evidence. I refer to them as assets because I’m not really into gambling. I’m actually an early player on Rollbit. On Rollbit, I mainly earn RLB dividends by staking Rollbots. I also generate income by placing RLB bets in the RLB Lottery. I do similar things on Betfury and have been able to withdraw funds without any issues. Below is part of my transaction history—you can see that I’ve earned over 600,000 RLB through staking Rollbots and made over $3,000 from the Lottery. I’ve updated the screenshot of my account and the chat history. If more evidence is needed, please let me know. In fact, I’m a cryptocurrency investor, so I haven’t done much gambling on Rollbit. What I’ve mostly been involved in is staking NFTs and trading RLB. I’ve also been a loyal Rollbit user for three years. Even so, they still banned my account without any valid reason. Have you try to reach them through writing to compliance@rollbit.com or is it just through live support this far? Title: Re: Rollbit.com has banned my account with over $50,000 in assets. So far, I've tried reaching out through live support, mentioning them on X.com @, and leaving comments under their posts, but I haven't received any replies. Now, I’ll try contacting them via compliance@rollbit.com to see how they respond. Title: Re: Rollbit.com has banned my account with over $50,000 in assets. Ok, so Razer told me that they're trying this approach of channeling all complaints into one resolution method: their compliance team. So the best approach now will be to send an email that'll land into their desk, so it can be addressed. Keep us in the loop and nudge me if it's been a considerable amount of time and you're yet to get any response, I'll try to get Razer to get someone on his compliance team to look into it. Don't thank me, I didn't do much on this. But I guess it's safe to assume Rollbit's new approach is a very good one, given several cases got resolved smoothly, and some are in progress, due to some hiccups. As we're all good here, do you mind to mark this case as resolved by editing the title and add "resolved" to it, as well as lock this thread? The button is at the bottom left. |
