I MADE 15.000 RUBLES DEPOSIT ON 31/03/2025

Are you really suggesting that a casino who paid ~$7,000,000 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5504423.0) to a single player less than a year ago, is stealing your less than $200 deposit?

7) I  ALSO WENT TO BANK BRANCH OF THE RECEIVERS (PSB BANK RUSSIA) AND THEY SAID RECEIVERS BANK ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN A WEEK AGO BECAUSE OF THE MONEY LAUNDERING SUSPICIOS AND THE RECEIVER IS 17YO (BC GAME MERCHANTS USING KIDS TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT TO LAUNDER MONEY BECAUSE PREVIOUS TIME WHEN I HAD THIS PROBLEM AGAIN I WENT ANOTHER BANK BRANCH OF (ALFA BANK THAT TIME) AND THEY SAID THE OWNER OF THIS BANK ACCOUNT IS 14YO)

Please explain to me how things work in Russia: anyone can go to a bank counter, and the person behind the counter gives all the banking and personal/professional details of an account owner, just because a random person comes to report a dispute involving an amount of 15,000 rubles?
Wow.

Frankly OP, I don't know if you're getting paid to spread FUD against BC, but if you are, your employer must be desperate to come to the point of hiring someone with so little competence or credibility lmao. And if you're serious (and in good faith), in view of the screenshots, you should stop scratching your arms, pause gambling, and reread their answers, which are super clear. You've made a mess, that's your problem OP. Relax.

You guys really should stop with this 7 million withdrawal argument, it's getting old. I spoke a lot with the guy that got the money and there is far more to the story. Also, this happened before they got deemed bankrupt by a court in Curacao, so a lot can happen in just a short time.
Also, if they didn't pay they guy, who rightfully won this money, this would have destroyed their reputation in just 1 day, so of course they paid. By the way, they only got open to pay AFTER the player made the case public. Before that they gave him the runaround. Anyway, old story, like I said. There are plenty of issues with BC, just in the past 4 days that I checked discord because I also have a problem with them atm ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088875.msg65241933#msg65241933 ) I saw so many complaints about missing fiat deposits and withdrawals. All these guys get kicked out of their discord server, me as well just for asking wtf is going on at BC.

1) A person got paid, doesn't mean others will never have problem.

2) In Russia, if you go bank with a payment cheque they give information about whether it is credited or not, but when you file a complain in mvd (Russian police) and went bank branch to get information of the owner they give all the information to police including Snills, passport details of the bank owner to open court.

3) I'm not working for any other place, panda bc(superior of bc) knows me very well from past.

I was wondering [and borderline concerned] about how freely they shared details about their account holders too. In my country, bank details are held very privately, that any govt. agencies [let's say tax officer, or police] can't peek and inquire details with simple report. The govt. agencies themselves will need warrant from one specific financial agency of which all banks reported their activities to get a peek at an account. But I guess Russia is that free. Every country certainly has their own policies.

Another thing that made me wonder though, and I even consult to GPT 4 and DeepSeek, a 14 or 17 years old is allowed to open their own account? According to both AI with the info they fished from the net [specifically PSB and alfa bank], those age will require parental supervision. Or is this info also incorrect and Russian Bank are that free that an underage are allowed to have their own account under their very own name without supervision?

Anyway, to address your matter, correct me if I am wrong, so I can reach to my contact and talk with them with better understanding of the situation in my hand, the timeline goes as follow:

1. You deposited to BC's PSB account, and they require more info to process the deposit
2. They rejected and returned the deposit because you deposited to PSB, while they instructed it to be to alfa bank
3. Deposit returned? Or not?

Hello, I'm here to bring closure to this thread. I reached my contact for an update [well, quite a while back then, actually] and they told me that the fund has been successfully refunded to the player. OP, you're welcome to give a rebuttal about this if that is not true. Otherwise, this shall be the reference post that mark the case as resolved.
