Title: 20% discount on all Coldcard and Coinkite products Post by: Pmalek on April 08, 2025, 03:20:10 PM There is currently a 20% discount on the Coinkite store on all of their products. You don't need a code, the discount is automatically added on your purchases during checkout.
For instance, the Coldcard Q is $48 off and down from $239.99 to $191.99. Coldcard Mk4 can be bought for $33.59 cheaper and now costs $134.35 instead of $167.94. I am not advertising for Coldcard hardware wallets but if you are interested in their devices then visit their online store and take advantage of the discounted prices. I am not sure how long the deal will be valid for. I can see the offer in Coinkite store and they talk of how weak hands are selling due to the crazy and uncertain global economic situation right now, so they are giving 20% to help customers hodl, lol, good marketing.

If they wanted to offer new customers discounts on their products, they could have simply done that without the rest of the drama about weak hands selling, global economic uncertainty, and the rest of it. It was unneeded. Anyways, the offer has expired and is no longer available. Seems like it was just a 24/48-hours special deal. I would definitely try to purchase it, despite the fear of the product being returned due to the tax barrier in the country where I live (brazil), as I've heard rumors of products being taxed or returned to the sender (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5537196.msg65270645#msg65270645).
Thanks anyway Pmalek, I will wait for the best moment. What you are explaining is basically theft by your country and its customs office. It's one thing to halt a shipment and request that its buyer pays their custom duties. That's legitimate and it happens worldwide. It's a completely different thing to take it, not allow it to pass, and then auction it off for massive profits in the future. Sounds like it's a big risk to partake in international shipment to Brazil. |
