Hello all !
It is me again.
This time I meet a scamsite again . Not BK8. It is fortunejack!
They locked and stolen 452$ from my account.
Description: I joined fortunejack for few months ago with some deposit and withdrawal.My account verified !
Today I deposited 150$ and played live casino : Bacarat.I won 452$. Then i made withdrawal.
But they put my transaction to pending and email to me require KYC. ( I did KYC when i join fortunejack before)
I did KYC again as they request . And few hours pass. They send email to me that my account didnt pass the KYC and lock my account.!
They are scammers! Locked my account and stolen my money with no reason!
I know i cant get money back from these scammers.

I’m a little bit confused on your case, You mention on your opening statement that your account is verified yet your problem was locked due to failed verification.

Casino frequently banned user in case they submit tampered or wrong KYC.

thank you. But i did KYC before . And when they request KYC again. I did it . But they decide lock to my account.

There is some valid reason for blocking your account in this way. Usually, betting site doesn't block the account of the users without any reason. Casinos reserve the right to ask the user to complete the KYC verification again even if the user has completed it before. Seems like they have marked your KYC verification as unsuccessful during the second attempt, which has lead to account block. Anyway, FortuneJack representative will obviously make the things clear here. Give them some times.

For the time being though, can you enlighten me the timespan between your KYC got verified and you asked to redo KYC [and failed]? Probably nothing and it's just an interdepartment miscommunication that ADante can hopefully sort out, probably something, just wanted to make sure.

I'm starting to lose interest in playing here on FortuneJack. Just recently, they had a promotion on their website called "Bonus City." While there were winners, there was no transparency at all. The probabilities of the games in that promotion weren’t indicated either. A few of us from bitcointalk joined the promo including me and most of us were just one step away from winning the major prize. It felt like the results were scripted or everyone got the same outcome. I even thought I won at one point, but they said there was an issue with the promotion at that time. Funny thing is, I never had any problems during the whole promo -just that one moment when I thought I had won.

Another thing: they have this Jack Token project which seems like they’ve already abandoned. So for me, it’s really play at your own risk here at FortuneJack. Even on their thread here on bitcointalk, it’s like they’re ignoring posts even though they supposedly have a representative.

Back then they used to be reliable but these days we can't say much about them. I've also seen some accusations against them despite having their own representative on this forum, however I still hope that OP's problem may get a solutions. Thumbs up holydarkness to help all people who feel some problems with casinos. :)

I did KYC after i registered fortunejack.
You can see my screenshot. I made withdrawal success some withdrawal before.But the last time i deposit then play bacarat live games. I won and i made withdrawal. They put my transaction pending, request KYC to me. After i send my documents to KYC again. They locked and stolent my account with no payment.
They are scammers!

Aside from your case, which holydarkness is messaging someone about for you, you seem to think $400 is a lot of money. You really think a site is going to screw a player over $400? Maybe a new site that is looking to get some quick depositors and disappear, but a site that has been around can surely afford your $400 wd.

Wait for holydarkness or the fortunejack rep to respond. FYI I am no advocating for fortunejack as they do have a semi shit rep but I don't think they selectively scam folks for a few hundred.

Hello OP and the BitcoinTalk community.

The OP's withdrawal was denied and their account was blocked due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (Section 8.7), which was caused by an unsuccessful KYC attempt.

Firstly, I would like to clarify that OP hadn’t already passed KYC before this unsuccessful attempt. OP had a verified account (via E-mail), but they weren’t asked to go through KYC before April 8th. The image that OP provided with their profile on FortuneJack, where it says “verified”, in this case, means an email-verified account.

OP made a few withdrawals without needing to go through KYC; in fact, they have withdrawn from FortuneJack more than they have deposited.

For the latest withdrawal attempt, OP was asked to go through the KYC procedure. During the KYC, OP uploaded two different identification documents, belonging to two different people, and because of this KYC was unsuccessful which led to their account being locked.

1. I can use any username and email to fill and register your site. That is not violation TOS.
2. My ID full name dont need same the username and email.
3. Only me register and play my account. Not 2 people. And the KYC proccess need upload docs and face. So there are two people ??

4. The first upload. I did wrong upload with my brother ID. But i cancelled it. Cause The KYC need video face .

Fortunejack explains well their side which is understandable on how they come up with their decision. I remember you encounter same issue with BK8 but this time on Fortunejack due to your failed KYC verification.

Trying to use different identity for your KYC is a serious crime since it only means that you are availing other identity just to verify your account.

If you are confident that you didn’t submit 2 different ID then try to seek help of Casinoguru so that Fortunejack can share the ID that you submit on trusted arbitrator.

if you did, then you are on the wrong here and fortunejack action are justified.

no casino refunds deposits if the player have withdrawn more than they deposited. you are not gonna get one unfortunately.

The issue is not related to FortuneJack username and email address. They aren't accusing you of using multiple accounts. You should read the post of FortuneJack representative properly again. They have accused you of using two different people identity documents. We have no way to verify what has actually happened there. Now you have the only option to take the case to a 3rd party mediator (CasinoGuru or Askgamblers). They will provide the evidences there.

that's not what fortunejack are saying tho, so it's your words against their words. we have no way to verify either of the claims so you need to go to an ADR.

How... exactly someone could wrongly uploaded their ID with their brother's? Not to mention how on earth could someone get ahold of the brother's ID instead of it being kept in the ID owner's own pocket, and why?

You bumping the old thread of your case with BK8 doesn't help much, by the way, because previously, my mind just remember your username and that case as "this is someone who previously had a case with BK8". I didn't bother to check that old case as my hand is a bit full at the moment [for the past good couple of months]. With you bumping it and I get a quick crash course through it though... that case too is also about fabricated KYC, which was left unresolved because you choose not to proceed with my request to provide a better documentation.

And now we're having almost similar case, but this time you happen to accidentally use your brother's ID, and cancelled it because the KYC need video face? You do aware that it doesn't sound so good to you, right?

Go to AG then, or CG. Choose one, not both. You can only choose one, and the one you chose will have the final ruling that binds us all, where their findings will reflect to the status of this case.

I've got assurance from FJ that they'll cooperate and provide supporting evidence of their findings to the ADR of your choosing once the thread is online.

They have accused you of submitting identity documents belonging to two different individuals.

You have ID of all of your family???? That in itself makes you look suspicious.  Normal people wouldn't have that.

Looks to keep like you go around playing on all these websites and submit different documents to each of them. This time you fucked up and used what you say is your "brothers" ID, then when asked for video you used yours.

He is talking about AskGamblers and CasinoGuru. These are both respected online casino mediators, meaning if you submit a complaint against FortuneJack there, you may have a chance of getting it addressed and resolved. Just try to be as informative and truthful as you can.

OP had added the 4th line later by editing his post. It wasn't there when I (and the other two forum members) had read the post and made a reply here. Thanks for highlighting that part. Now the chance is extremely low for OP to reverse the decision by submitting a complaint to the mediator. Looks like OP had forgotten his own name when FJ team asked him to complete the KYC verification. As a result, he uploaded his brother's ID ;D.

First of all, try to admit your wrongdoing as a problem instead of trying to defend in such way. You didn't even apologize yet for the things which you have done there. Uploading the identity documents of another person is a big problem.

If you playing on sector sportsbooks only while there has higher chance the account is getting requested by KYC. He really needed other document.  ;D

I think, the reason why @OP upload 2 different document ID is due don't know the casino using Video Verification for the verify account. We all know, most of verified:
Level 1: Information Data
Level 2: Document ID/Driver license
Level 3: Proof of address
Level 4: Income stuff or other

All of these things, not required any video proof mostly just document picture or PDF. @OP knowing he will getting requested KYC in anytime cause these is not the first time he was playing (he moving around casino) due playing on sportsbook & we really know well sportsbook user is always getting limited bet size & KYC. He submitted his brother data stuff and don't want to use his data at the first palce, but the verification on FJ is different than other casino cause using video verification.

He can't passed those with his brother data, and submitted he own even he don't like it. No wonder the account getting flagged.... BTW for @OP failed verification is normal as long the new data you're input is always the same with the previous data you're inputed. If you inputed a different data, then is called "FRAUD" not just casino, even a bank can marked you as "FRAUD".

BTW, I pretty sure he having his brother PoA or other document not just ID maybe his other family too. Just can't passed the video verification ~XD

It's just crazy how he thinks it's normal to have his whole families ID. Obviously he is limited, banned, playing on a VPN, or something and trying to get away with it byt using fake documents or his family is dumb and letting him use their info on sites. There is no world where I think he is a legit player at this point.
