i was busy with other things

trying to gather bitcoin slowly and gradually every month

which site is hassle-free and is easy to purchase bitcoin and transfer to own wallet?

Buying bitcoin is never a problem, whether it's via p2p or directly from exchange. Binance can be the preferred option but tell us more whether you are okay with KYC and FIU registered exchange or you want to go with platforms where you can buy without KYC?

I used paxful mostly, but you may have to be aware that buying price will be premium like 10% or even more from the market price.

i would prefer to use non-kyc option whenever possible

so pls suggest if there are any websites which allow that since i am buying very small amounts

i don't mind the 10% tbh

main thing is that they allow transferring the btc to my wallet

and i would want to pay with upi since it is more convenient

I think I smell something fishy going on here.

someone told me that some indian exchanges restrict crypto withdrawals

coindcx does i was told and some charge too much when withdrawing crypto

Due to our government's anti crypto approach the buying crypto without KYC is almost not possible, there are some ways like using Bisq but I don't think there is any volume there for INR. But we do have options like paxful which is not FIU registered so you may not need to worry about our government pulling out the data in future, which allows crypto withdrawals unlike exchanges but the fee for BTC withdrawal might be on the higher side, not sure they got LN withdrawal but if they do then you can consider them.

I don't think OP is suggesting any names but seeking one, probably the broken English might confuse you a bit. If we buy bitcoin or any crypto on Indian exchanges we can't move to our electrum wallet because they restrict crypto withdrawals whereas CoinDCX allows it and Unocoin if I am not wrong but they don't have good reputation.
