I noticed you posted in their announcement thread, but the representative’s last activity was on April 9, so there’s a chance they haven’t seen it yet.

That said, what kind of proof are they actually asking for? If it doesn’t violate the casino's TOS, could you share the full conversation here? It’s hard to evaluate such a serious accusation without seeing the evidence firsthand. Scam claims demand solid backing, otherwise, they’re just unsubstantiated allegations.

Do you have funds in your account? they have a representative here send him a message he will receive it in his email and alerted on the issue, if there is no funds involve and only access with your account this does not constitute a scam accusation.
Sending him another message is another option, its not good for a casino not to address a simple issue like this, what more if it involves huge cash outs.

How "almost" is this "almost one week"? If you don't mind to be a little bit more specific?

Based on my experience with other casinos who handle lost 2FA situations, it does take days to be resolved, as they need to be sure that the real account creator is the one who inquire about recovering 2FA. I guess I can try to nudge the casino --though I have zero past contact with them-- if it took longer than what's socially acceptable. So...how "almost" is this?

Just curious, what have they said about your case? Would you mind sharing the conversation you've had with their support?

Anyway, as stadus, their representative hasn't been online since April 9. We can't really do much, but I'll try and send their representative a PM informing them about your issue just in case they went online.

edit:
Looks like holydarkness is already on it. I sent their representative a PM anyway.

Ok, glad that it got resolved, and I can understand the excitement, but you'll need to take a break from the burst posting. It's against forum rules. Not to mention the rest of the posts are now become rather irrelevant as the case is now resolved and those posts are now OOT that's borderline spam, so it'll probably be best to just mark it as resolved and lock this thread? The button is at the bottom left.

Good for you that it's resolved, so this scam accusation is now settled. Processing times vary across casinos, but what matters is the issue got fixed.

But given your experience, it's totally understandable if you choose to leave this casino. After all, there are plenty of other options out there to explore. So, Best of luck! But pls, don’t hesitate to circle back here if you ever feel scammed again.
