Title: [Waiting response] Shuffle Casino.
Post by: PHFX on April 19, 2025, 11:50:54 AM

Shuffle.

Why you allow self excluded players keep playing and deposit?
Even your team knowing... And making fun in the public chat..I will wait your answer here. But if you say you don't know who's playing. Ask cam and Brett. And 1more thing....can I upload chat screenshots about your team? I'm tired. Answer me first "Noah" .

You have implemented an automated mechanism to detect alt accounts when claiming codes, but why this feature doesn't work when the same player alting make a new account and deposit?

Gonna wait your answer. And I have lot of questions. Don't ask for screenshots 🤣

What's the point?

You should upload screenshots as evidence on what you are accusing here. You can use talkimg.com to upload image then post the link here for us to view the evidence.

I never use self exclusion on shuffle but it’s a serious accusation if you can still play despite being self excluded because it’s a must for gamblers to fight addiction.

Shuffle is a trusted brand here so you need a solid proof before you can gain community support.

Edit:

So this is about multiple account and you dodge self-exclusion. This is your own fault.

Anyone who reads this thread and sees how reluctant you are about providing proofs of them allowing a self-excluded account to continue gambling while preventing withdrawal will instantly think that you’re here to just tarnish the image of shuffle and that you don’t have an actual issue with the site.

So to remove all doubts (because, personally I have started doubting it myself) just go ahead with the advice the user above has suggested and upload anything you know can serve as proofs and let the community see that they are really allowing a self-excluded account continue on with their gambling activities.

Just making a thread here and calling out some members of a casino will not get you the result you are looking for. The owners aren't just going to come to this thread and say, "hey you are right". They are going to avoid this thread and avoid any possible damage until you post proof and someone gets involved in helping you.

There have been a few accusations to shuffle, not sure how many legit complaints or whatever, but I do remember some folks trying to smear the casino rep. More than 50% of the complaints in this section are bullshit and just a cheater trying to pressure a casino to pay them. Usually doesn't result in the user getting paid, but more the OP being shown the door.

If you want results, the burden is on you. Not the casino.

Yes I can but I gonna wait someone Inside shuffle answer my question. Because they can't deny it
In that case, it is too early to create the topic, looks like you are thinking it's a place to write anything. This topic does not look like a scam accusation right now but a topic from a crying baby. Have some seriousness please.

I do remember some folks trying to smear the casino rep.
This is my first thought after seeing this topic.

This sounds more like a rant than a legit scam accusation. You could even show proof, but honestly, this kind of issue isn’t really a big deal in casinos,  after all, it’s a place for gambling. It’s always up to us to control ourselves.

I'm just curious though , has there ever been a real-life case where a casino was penalized or forced to refund a gambler for letting them play even though their account was under "self-exclusion"?

The question is why I cannot retrieve my funds from self excluded account but I able to keep playing even the casino knowing me by IP address, browser fingerprint etc... ?[...]

Umm... to be sure we are all on the same page here, that first exclusion is permanent exclusion or temporary? And how long was it after the first exclusion kick in that you create your second account? Days? Weeks? Before the first one got excluded?

What means "don't ask for screenshot"?
If you want to report a scam, since we don't know the history behind and what happens, it's always better to follow a clear scheme =
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 providing information that you have.

I am wondering why people that request exclusion "casually" continue to play in the same casino... just my curiosity since if a player knows to have an exclusion ... why they are going again to play there? There are hundreds of platforms....

However, this site has no concern whatsoever for the mental health of its players... to reiterate... "cam" and "Brett" know very well what I'm talking about.
I will advice you that if you are addicted to gambling, you need to begin to correct it not by going for self-exclusion on the gambling site but by going for self-exclusion within yourself. Gambling sites will not help you because all they care most about is not you but your money. Just stop gambling for now for like a year or more to make sure you have control over it.

Even if the self-exclusion is effective, you can go to another gambling site and register there to continue gambling. Self-exclusion on the gambling site is not effective like the one you set for yourself with discipline.
