My country people I greet una specially, digital assets is a good investment choice to invest in especially Bitcoin, bitcoin is a very good investment, which we all no it adoption is growing faster and as time goes on Many countries will adopt bitcoin, so it required of us is keep accumulating bitcoin and hold long term it and stay patient, for now this was what I could come up with your contribution are needed.

How does investing in digital assets way cheaper than investing in physical assets? I know digital assets does not require maintaince cost but I'm finding it difficult to think of other reasons.

You should also write it in bold that digital assets are volatile and are vulnerable to cyber treats. Physical assets are not and provide more stability. The cons and pro should be highlighted properly..

I can only assume, but it could be from the angle of investing in almost everything that physical right. You need to have the right information, agents, government approval in most of them, etc., and all these other bodies which are attached cost extra, adding to the maintenance you have earlier listed and the ease of access, but the OP forgot to add the risk involved, as no investment is without a risk.

Yeah you're very correct everything that got an advantage should have it's disadvantage even though the disadvantage is more preferable that people would consider it should be highlighted so people would take note and consider whether they'll prefer it or not, Bitcoin has it own risk being that it's volatile and shouldn't be used for day to day trading but rather as a store of volatile due to it's ability to increase over time. Also, people who consider investing on it should avoid personal errors like storing in any wallets or exchanges asides a non-custodial wallet and they should protect their seed phrase from thirds parties cause those are the ways whereby one can lose their Bitcoin to scammers and hackers. Another things is that it's not accepted globally by every government and their are some government that's placed ban against it so people who find themselves in such regions and still decides to involve in it could face some penalties from their government if caught.

I guess I didn't see that part in digital assets but all thank to you for the enlightenment about the digital assets pro and cons I think will take note of this next time if am making such topic  and will be highly highlighted properly, and will do my research well, and also in addition the physical assets are generally more secure than digital assets as they are less vulnerable to cyber threats.  

Bitcoin is one of the top 5 growing financial asset in the world to invest in but  it's true it doesn't  exist with its own peculiar risks such as volatility, hacks, loss of access to funds due to seed phrase loss, government unfriendly policies and a list of others.

But unlike the physical investments, bitcoin doesn't requires your presence at site, or office or running the investment for it to give you ROI. Just by buying an amount you can afford and hodl for the long term and keep the keys to your wallet safe, wether FUD or not, at the phase of its circle you're certain of ROI.

You're right every investment that you wants to go in is capital intensive including digital assets so it's wrong when you say that investment relating to digital assets are cheaper, what you should have done is to give an overview of what digital assets are and how they will be of help the advantages and disadvantages of owning a digital assets like Bitcoin, well the Op tried but Op should try and improve  by doing much research about digital assets

I can only speak for bitcoin, it makes sense well well to buy bitcoin, but no be everybody go like the idea and them go want invest in other type of assets and nothing dey wrong in doing that. You know say no be everybody go like be their own bank, no be everybody wan take up that responsibility, and for people like that, if them decide to buy real estate for example, dem still make better decsion.

Wetin i dey try talk be say, some of us wey dey buy and hodl bitcoin dey feel say people wey no dey do the same thing dey make the wrong choice, but that is not always the case.

You dey get am the wrong way, both investments are vulnerable to threats even Bitcoin in a way also fit they attacked in a physical way when be say you store your private keys in a written form or just in a state wey some hazard like fire or flood fit just destroy properties including where we store our private keys. Digital assets are most vulnerable to cyber threats due to hackers and phishing threats, person wey sabi privacy fit just outweigh being a victim.

Physical investment na in worse pass Bitcoin investment, wetin inflation dey do businesses eh you sef go wonder, if you track way back you go know say even among our neighborhood people wey been get stores and businesses, some of them no longer they function as e be dey before when the cost of everything they low. Make we no forget also say natural disaster also dey kill physical investment, but worse to deal with na when the economy bad.

OP when you dey make comparisons like this you need to dey critical of both sides of the coin. Digital assets  and physical assets both get their pros and cons, the comparison go make more sense if you address the good and bad aspects of the investments, before you go come give us your opinion based on those reasons. Also you nor suppose generalize digital assets to Bitcoin only. The term digital assets dey broad and e nor dey limited to cryptocurrency.

For those correcting the OP when it isn't necessary, need to understand the OP point of view, he's writing on why you should own a digital assets so technically all he needs to do is give the good side of owning a digital asset because he's trying to convince you on why you need one. If na comparison thread then he would had done some comparisons for you but that wasn't his aim, so the thread is okay. Digital assets are less costly to maintain than physical assets and also give you privacy over people not knowing about your investments. It has it's risk just as everything has their own risks but with proper guidance and knowledge, you won't have any problem protecting your digital assets.
