Welcome to the forum, the casino has a very nice design, congratulations, I read the TOS and you ask for KYC, which is acceptable, because nowadays more than 50% of casinos ask for KYC, it just wasn't clear if people should do KYC at the same time they create an account, before making a deposit and playing or if people can create an account, deposit money, play and make withdrawals and only if the casino detects any suspicious activity and the casino would ask for KYC?

Maybe they are very busy checking many things from those who want to verify their account. You can just give them more time and see the result. If they don't come back to you after 24 hours, you can send an email to them to see the situation. Sometimes casino need longer to check and make sure everything is good before you can continue your gambling experience in their site or withdrawal your money. Welcome to this forum, you may have to really think about and consider getting a copper membership badge so as to enable you post images and maybe from here, be able to  create a better Ann thread that is more beautiful and professional.

Since he created this thread, he has not been able to answer at least one question that was asked by people in this thread, which is very strange. What I am assuming is that he is likely the owner of the casino but isn't serious about the casino business just yet, it's better to completely avoid this casino for now because it's has a high chances of turning into an abandoned project.
